Came across your videos by total accident. I had built an arbor for my wedding a few years back. When I put it up for sale on FB Marketplace I had a huge response. So, I built and and sold probably around 20-30 more of them. Then Covid happened and no weddings, so I stopped. Last year I flipped a dresser but it took so long to sell, I quickly lost interest in furniture flipping. Watching your videos has given me new inspiration to give this another go as a side hustle. I especially like the "smalls that sell" videos. Also sounds like we are fellow Kentuckians. I'm a transplant from Cincinnati area while my wife is from Clay County...we compromised by moving to the. Florence area. Ok, now that you know my life story....🤣

I think the profile looks nice for a picture frame. You mentioned prototyping - critical step with any hardware - but the one that’s bit me is when repurpose something like the mirror (or baskets). Buy them and prepare them all before I begin to head off hidden variation and availability (maybe buy 2 mirrors to ensure I have one). Thanks for the ideas!

Are there other kits that you could suggest that work just as well? With regards to the ply to protect the mirror and make it a more secure area, Would it have been possible to use a thicker mirror door frame so that it would accommodate two pieces of ply instead of using the small strips as per the video? Thank you
