Nice work but the dip station is too short. Looks like you're only able to do partial reps. Your elbows need to go down 90 degrees

@@ScrapwoodCity you had the woodworking planned down to a T, but the calisthenics function of the tool was not planned as well. That being said I was absolutely mesmerized by your video and thanks for the plans!

It should be around 70 to 74 cm tall.

Oops! Sorry mate, i did some research later and found out they should be at least above 3 feet tall. (Btw I’m 5’10, age 14, still growing)

Let those triceps grow my friend! NIce build! There was a time when I was passionate about fitness and bodybuilding. Due to a lack of time I had to leave this. This could be a handy solution to train at home if I have a few minutes. Great video ( I like the colors and the sharpness of your footage)

This is brilliant! Great way to use old wood I recycled mine in a similar way but had some scaffold bars for grips - any feedback would really be appreciated

I made a pair almost identical to these and they are really great for many exercises. You can use them for inclined pull ups and a lot more. Great build 😊 ॐ

i agree that some basic dimensions in the description would be nice. like, the height and then also the foot length. just we can ballpark it. :)
