Sir thank you for your videos. Also your ending of "God Bless" is most endearing. pierre from New Mexio

Excellent video. I enjoyed the one with the laundry detergent too.

I'm going to have to check the hinges in my house for other owners that may have done the same as you! lol... great idea

Always be careful - KNOW what you're drilling into or through - my dad used to hide long lamp cords behind the mouldings😲, and string long, hanging, ceiling cords through the sheetrock☠. He wired his own house, but made 'short-cuts' after the inspectors were done🤣. You never know what previous owners or the builders' have done - 'modifications', like my dad's. I love finding out 'hidey-holes'...even though I've been ripped off so many times - I don't have anything left to hide🤣. Behind a light switch is my favorite. Thank you.

Bit of advice from someone who tried this and goofed the first time. Measure the spot you're going to drill to make sure the door hinge covers it. It won't always fit if you just use the middle screw hole as a reference point.

what about the missing screw with plastic on the other side?
@maggiekelly40558 жыл бұрын
He cut the head off that screw and just glued the head on, so it would look like it normally would.

Save some cash and effort by placing a folded $20 bill between the hinge plate and the door frame. Now, you have $20 when you're in a "pinch".

It would actually be fun to go through his house and see how many of his secret hiding spots I could find after watching his videos. I bet I would miss at least 50%, even knowing where to look! He has some great ideas! And NO, I wouldn't steal anything! LOL

all that work to save $20 just doesn't seem to make sense maybe for a grand or two but Def not for 20 or even a hundred
@TomO-if7nh8 жыл бұрын
Exactly, way too much work, for one or 2 bills.

John L. You could probably fit 10-20 bills in a dime tube multiply by how ever many interior door jams you have in your house... I would avoid doors to or inside of bathrooms do to humidity.
