Thanks for the inspiration and love the honest bits too 🙂 I ended up buying sew-in velcro to skip a meltdown on my brand new sewing machine.

Looks so awesome, it turned out great! Thanks so much for posting this Maddy! I’m a few weeks off doing the exact same thing, heading to clark rubber and making cushion covers for our van reno, so it’s been very helpful to see your thinking to help my brain process this project too 👏🏼😊

Looks great! Does the cushion move when you get up and down though? I’m adding a seat to my bench and want to make sure it doesn’t move without having to make a “lip” for it

You could always use a different color for the top and bottom thread to make them match both the fabric and the velcro. Amazing timing on the video, was just about to start a very similar project. Great outcome!

Hey Maddy! Great video! I'm the process of attempting something similar. What thickness of foam & which foam did you use from Clark Rubber? High Density Packaging and Seating Foam 29-200 or High Density Foam 36-130? Would you do anything different comfort wise/thickness/density next time? Would you even add that fluffy padding between the foam and the fabric if you were to do it again? Or do you think it's unecessary? Any tips would be amazing! Thanks again for the vid!
