looks great and solid - would need the same skid plate ! How did you bend the pan ?

made cuts at the bend line and left 1/4" of material every foot or so. then welded every thing up

Dude, how the heck did you put that on without removing the rear bumper? Does your XJ have the nut strips? I put on a gas tank skid plate with my rear bumper brackets and it was such a nightmare trying to get everything lined up with nut strips. What’s the secret

I think i got the same thing during that time, it was like coughing...and irriatation, but wasn't in bed...or was i ? I can't remember...I think i have the "dzl-forget-ness" syndrome :D
