I would love to crest a croquis of my personal shape can you suggest how to do this ??

Great question! What I would do is take some photos of myself in different poses (wear tight clothing). Then, trace the outline of your shape for each photo. Then, if you'd like, you can manipulate the tracings to be more "fashion illustration" forward by stretching out the length and exaggerating curves.
