I wish to make clear that, as a rule, it is not the policy of this channel to capture the faces of auditors unless they have voluntarily revealed themselves on their own channels, however this video of DJ Audits is already in wide circulation, and given the nature of their activities, all auditors are fair game for making an exception now and then.

Photographers absolutely don't need to gain consent from people they photograph in public, but they absolutely do need to gain consent from them if they intend to publish their image for commercial purposes, and monetised frauditor KZbin channels are certainly commercial purposes, regardless of their pathetic claims to be journalists. It's a shame more of their victims don't make privacy complaints because they could be shut down overnight if every video was taken down.

More often than not the person being filmed isn't aware of the channel on YT, nor of the privacy complaint process as these frauditors never tell them where to find the video, and in Nigel's case he even boasts about not telling them in case they take it down before he gets his views and money. As soon as the monetization stops on that kind of content, then they will stop.

Most of them are already criminal low lives. Perve Pete of PJ audits fame was convicted last year of stalking the now fully grown woman that he completely inappropriately groomed when she was 17 and he was 62. Mark meet the tyrants Evans was convicted and jailed of a racial aggravated offence last year, one lesser known one is convicted and jailed for beating his own 5 month old baby, others have jail time for domestic violence, the list goes on and on. All the auditors are wrong'uns.

i remember this when it happened .midnight foot soldier is still a good friend of mine.Yes hypocritical .I remember i made a video on DJ where his image was caught on camera from the reflection in a window while he was filming.he asked me to take the footage down I POLITELY DECLINED .its a shame i lost that channel as it was a funny interaction as the police jumped him and wrapped him up.Keep up the good work.

A certain well-known auditor (who I won't name) confided in me a few months back that the majority of comments to his channel are negative and criticise him, but he just deletes them. I don't believe this activity is as popular or well-received as it's made out to be, but definitely there is a hardcore of people who enjoy watching it and they keep it going. Without the cash from KZbin, most auditors would pack it in straight away.

@@streetvideoreviewer I'm having a ding dong tennis match in the comment section with Southern audits he claims in his video he's doing auditing as a living He's only got 1300 subs I questioned his big celebrity status and wealth he replied with the usual name calling troll div etc... In a recent video he posted his drone was shot at with actual lead pellet as evidence. this caused his few subscribers to go into JFK mode giving time stamps of the shooter demanding it was a conspiracy amongst the work colleagues of a coach company to discharge a firearm in a public place and should be sentenced to 5 years in jail It's worth a watch it's hilarious

Welcome back. I’m sure some of the frauditors behaviour could be considered likely to cause a breach of the peace. Or maybe even an ASBO as their activities are certainly anti social.

ASBOs have been replaced with Criminal Behaviour Orders (CBOs). Very many auditors have had CBOs over the years - Marti Blagborough is the most prominent example, and it put him out of action for quite a while. It was at one point the go-to method of the police for dealing with these people. Short of KZbin closing the accounts (which is the real solution), CBOs are, I think, the most effective enforcement method within the existing framework of law because most of what auditors get caught doing would not warrant a prison sentence.

Their activities fall under the journalism exemption of the data protection law. KZbin auditors are doing it to make a point. Companies breach peoples rights by telling them they can't film. This is worse than somebody making one of these audit videos. Yes some channels just do it for the drama and money, but the OG ones like PJ and DJ are doing it to raise awareness while making some profit from it too. Rights are rights. Auditors protecting their own privacy is an irrelevant point. This claim is an emotional appeal and this video was just petty. Just like these auditor channels, that become unsavoury and cross a line when the law isn't adhered to properly your channel also becomes unsavoury when you stray away from the facts and analysis to get involved in emotional appeals. You don't need to be angry if you are already correct.

I just knew you would resort to that argument. Your entire mindset is: 'How do I evade my responsibilities?' Do you know if most of these auditors are obtaining Flyer and operator ID and displaying them on their drones? Apparently its now illegal not to have them if the drone has a camera. Weight being irrelevant

Under current regulations (as I understand it), the operator of a sub-250g drone with a camera must have an operator ID and display it on the drone itself. There is no requirement for a flyer ID, with the exception that if the drone operator is aged under 18, his/her parents must obtain a flyer ID in addition to the operator ID. It is likely that most, if not all, drone auditors are complying with this requirement. This has never been a specific issue with auditors.
