Yep, I did the long screw thing! Thank you for a very thorough guidance of how to do this yourself.

Hi Justin, tx for the video, very helpful, I have a question, After drying out my phantom 3 standard, from a fall on a fountain, and starting it up, and seen that camera and gimbals are working correctly, I need to test the motors, one by the looks of the coppers wires it looks likes it overheat, and I was wondering if I should replace it first, just in case It is damage, or should i try it first???? I just don't want to damage the main board. What is your advice?? Sorry for my english. Joaquin From Argentina.

nice video justin, nice solder joints as well, i found that the gimbal has 2 tabs on it that people say house the antenna connectors for the video (2.4gig) and they go up to the side of the battery bay, my antennas seem a little covered and im constantly loosing video in the city and other areas that are noisy, my local rc shop sells this connector that supposably allows me to unplug the standard antennas, leave them there and add wifi boosters and a high gain antenna, does this do anything and thanks justin for the demo

my RC does not fully charge the battery. I have reviewed several KZbin videos of people with the same problem, but no one has indicated which electronic component needs to be replaced on the Phantom 3 ADV RC mainboard. Can you help me?

Good evening, I have a Phantom 3 ADV and my control (RC) is indicating the battery charging up to the third light. I noticed that there is an electronic component that is responsible for the indication of the fourth light (components - 4407A and P2664). Do you know what it would be?

When it comes to maintenance, is it a pain on the phantom? I ask cause I'm still deciding between the phantom and the maverick
@dronecamps7 жыл бұрын
Phantom will be easier than the Mavic.

Hello guys! Yesterday my Phantom 3 ADVANCED had a fall due to a momentary "imbalance" during takeoff. I noticed that he was NOT fixing his position (not stabilizing via GPS) and did not want to take flight ... I was watching because he presented some movements that are not common to him (rapid twitches). When I was close to the ground, he PLAYED sideways, very fast, and fell with the propellers to the ground, without being able to turn it off by the remote control. I had to PULL and TAKE his battery. After that, the messages on the DJI GO screen appear WARNING: MOTOR OBSTRUCTED. Does anyone know what it's all about? Well I called him again and he seemed to be "normal" but I'm afraid to get him up again ... Thank you if anyone knows how to report. EDU!
