Oppaaa! It's good to see that Russians enjoy Banya/Sauna as much as Finns. I found this from wikipedia "The hot steam of the banya increases blood circulation, which carries oxygen-rich blood to different parts of the body. The increased blood circulation benefits organ health and *cell growth*. The profuse sweating expels metabolic waste more efficiently than a simple bath or shower. It also relaxes muscles." Cell growth (in this context) means muscle growth, so I think I should Banya for even longer, lol.

Lactic acid does not stay in the body post training for more than a couple of hours. Prostaglandins and histamines will. He is absolutely, right, however, that the muscles will shorten when stressed through an intense training bout. What you must keep in mind is that the massage in Russia is different than that of the massage in the West. In Russia, massage therapists have extensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology - many of them having bachelor degrees in physical education or even nursing. In the West, even a high school drop out can become a licensed massage therapist if they go through the required hoops so to speak. Sauna, clinical/sports massage, and percussions with either birch or oak leaves followed by three dips (making the cross gesture as you come out of the water) in very cold water is an excellent health practice to follow. This protocol will restore the organism and prepare it for the next training session.

Yes this helps. For some who take creatine monohydrate the leg cramping even with correct electrolytes may be brutal. I have found using ionic mineral drops(concentrace minerals)from Utah shale have high levels of magnesium. Around 300 mg of absorbable magnesium stops the leg cramps which assists in doing full motion snatches, snatch squats, sot behind neck presses, regular full squats, and deadlifts. If muscles cramp with creatine, water intake may not be the sole issue, but magnesium blood levels. Additionally, if zinc intake is high, this may also affect perceived leg cramping. Many persons use creatine which is why I write this.

Дмитрий ещё не сказал, хотя сам сделал это))) Напитки в бане только безалкогольные, тёплые или горячие. Лучше всего чай или настои с травами (что собственно он и продемонстрировал в самом начале). Ну и для иностранцев коротко: In intervals of acceptance of a banya (sauna) drinks have to be or warm or we heat. Cold it isn't recommended to drink.

Dear Dmitry, I would like to ask you if there is another way for take the lactoacid out ? Unfortunately I dont have the possibility to take the russian suana or suana at all. But this problem of lactoacid I feel at least every time, day after training. And I feel that I cant do my stretching properly. There are some ways to resolve this problem or suana is only one solution to take the lactoacid out ? Thanks for attention. Kind regards (I hope u dont ignore my mess.)

Maybe if you have some low intensity steady state cardio in your program, do it after your workout while drinking atleast a litre of water. I usually just go and take a nice long sauna and foamroll my muscles right after.

And i use it once a week usualy (3x7 min@80c) but after sauna all my joints are in pain.. and i have to make a rest day to be able to train... After sauna i add salt to my diet.. drink a lot of water.. minerals.. but nothing helps.. it feels like joints lose water to and become dry ... so i have to wait for one more day for my body to be able to handle hard workout...
