Also, the fact the Mimic might be wearing what's left of William's skin to become Burntrap is both gruesome enough but also a suiting (lmao), pitiful end for William's *dead* corpse. His skin is literally worn like a suit by a robot/IA who wants to be him, who's mimicking him.

The Mimic is just the perfect version of every single main book antagonists we've had in my opinion ! His concept is very cool and his lore quite complete and interesting. I would love the Mimic being Burntrap because it makes the FPS ending, well, a *real* ending. A true shift in the franchise and its lore. Anyway, like you said, theories ARE theories, NOT facts, just interpretations !

I like the first and third theories you presented, but I'd say I have to disagree with the 5th for now, I think the corpse on mimic is meant to be Kelly for a 2 reasons. 1. Narrativly I think it would make more sense for the corpse on mimic to not be william, the whole idea is it trying to mimic something, so I think it burntrap being mimic recreating the look of springtrap through finding another body and spring bonnie suit to look like springtrap while not actually being springtrap fits with the idea of him more than actually having parts of springtrap, he is a recreation, not the actual thing. 2. There is an issue with the way william's body works, William's corpse is already fused with springtrap's endo, for mimic to fuse with william's corpse he would have to get inside springtrap when there is already an endo in him, meaning there wouldn't be room for mimic, and also because william's corpse is already fused to springtrap's endo, for mimic to fuse with william's corpse the mimic endo would have to fuse inside springtrap's endo, which logically is impossible, and if springtrap's spring bonnie suit has been burned off (and mimic just got his else where) and all that's left is william's corpse attached to springtrap's endo, then mimic would have to unfuse william's corpse with Springtrap's endo and somehow manually take his body and fuse it onto himself, which IMO is pretty unlikely.

Heres my theory: afton is back but not as glitchtrap or burntrap. Because at the end of princess quest the shadow blob bunny.....THING says 'i always come back, LET ME OUT' . The Mimic wouldnt know about aftons 'i always come back' line And it wouldnt make sense fr the mimic to say that. My theory is that The Mimic Endo, using its knowledge it learned from becoming glitchtrap and reading company files, Found aftons remains in the basement, slapped it onto its endo, then started murduring people. Murder= AGONY. The agony the mimic gained gave afton enough power to break out of his ucn 'coma'. Or at least a part of him. Aftons REMNANT will still be trapped in ucn being tormented by cassidy for eternity. His agony however, was ressurected by the mimic and like in the books where we see that agony can leak into other objects, A part of Aftons agony leaked into princess quest. Meanwhile the rest is in burntrap, thats why by the time of sb The Mimics laugh has become ghost-like and why its eyes have turned from white and orange, to black and purple. Its been tainted by aftons agony. I also think that (if the afton ending IS the canon ending) then the rabbit we see at the end of the ruin trailer is actually the mimics new body, after burntrap got absorbed by the blob and it was locked out. After being absorbed by the blob, Aftons remaining agony inside the burntrap body, might have also been able to take control of the blob. With that in mind, i think i can predict the true ending of ruin: Cassie, and the now not controlled animatronics (and maybe gregory if he IS actually there), head deeper into the pizzaplex to erase the glitch and destroy the mimic once and for all. Eventually they find a broken down computer, that have the files for the mimic virus on them. They attempt to delete them but before it can, the new body (who i will just call the mimic.) leaps at them from the darkness, and knocks them back. A boss fight starts, with the mimic trying to take control of the animatronics and trying to keep cassie way from the computer. Cassie is able to take control of an animatronic using a remote and uses them to destroy the mimic. After the fight, The mimic is about to be destroyed when black tentacles come from the ceiling, knocking them all back. The Blob descends from the darkness, it looks around, laughs an 'i ALWAYS come back' and drags both the mimic and the computer into the darkness. Then credits roll and a after credits scene with cassie and the animatronics looking out into the sunse- Also if this IS aftons agony, then the line from frights *"I AM AGONY"* would make sense. He is litterally pure agony. Edit: I am a bot, beep book beep boop
