The league is pushing Belichick out and forcing him into retirement. Same with Pete Carroll. The Belichick coaching tree is garbage. And Belichick’s record is below .500 without Brady. Brady was the glue, he attracted the talent and got players to buy into Belichick’s “ways”. He’s been exposed in recent years, and no one wants to hire him with his baggage and at his age.

Morris is highly respected among players and other GMs. I think we've gotten accustomed to liking the flashiest option and trying to win the press conference. I think he's going to run a very disciplined team and win a lot of those close games that we've been losing for the last 3 years

The fact is...he's going to be 72 years old at the start of next season, he's been the highest paid football coach by A LOT for years now and he can no longer draft top level players. The last 4 years don't invalidate the first 20 regardless of who started at QB, but it has been 4 years, and the team's gotten progressively worse with each one.
