Been a Pats fan for 40 years...What Belichick did to this team post Brady..99% of all his personnel decisions were negative to the team..is almost like Bill intentionally destroyed this team on purpose for whatever reason. I can list 15-20 specific decisions he made in 2 years that hurt this team.

He left the Giants with 2 SB rings. Brady isn’t who we know him as today without Bill. Show some damn respect, stop hating on the man. This dude won SBs before Brady, you forget Bill was the defensive mind for those NY Giants teams? People conveniently love to forget that. It was Bill that had those great defenses that set Brady up for comebacks and short fields. Brady wasn’t an MVP caliber player until after his third ring. 😆 it's amazing how great this segment was but they refuse to address the elephant in the room. Brady Quinn talked about the change in the organization of structure but he danced around the fact that that organizational structure has done a terrible job at drafting and building talent throughout the years. How many years has it been since the Patriots drafted in all pro at a skilled position Rob gronkowski. I believe they talked about how the Patriots have not resigned any of the people that they drafted in the last 2 years if I'm correct. 😂 This is more than about organizational structure . They have seen how he handled a Heisman trophy winning quarterback like Mac Jones, they've seen how his team and his coaching staff looked after Tom Brady and everybody knows what he did before Tom Brady

The Falcons owner quietly firing Rich Mckay. Blank Claims he wants to win now, he had the weapons at play and he fumbled that team is screwed as long as this organization is still run by these clowns, But the funny thing is no one really talking about is what Arthur Blank did after they Hired Raheem Morris over a power house list of Head Coaching hires, they basically fired / AHMMM sorry I mean promoted Rich Mckay to the United soccer team - Rich is a Football man not a Soccer kind of guy, just think about it, this is basically Blank doing a silent firing lets be real here he wanted to fire him for messing up the Bill Belichick second interview, read between the lines people. Rich Mckay messed up the deal between the Falcons and Bill Belichick why else remove Mckay from the falcons to the soccer team if it wasn't to quietly fire Rich Mckay the writings on the wall. Look up quietly firing if you don't believe me.

Kraft couldn't even do anything when Belichick sabotaged the Patriots in the SB against the Eagles. He acted like a dictator by benching Butler just to show off his power. Every coach would have played Butler no matter what he did before the game. Word had it that Butler put his hand on Belichick's son so that was why he benched him.
