I've been drinking this for a few months and can't believe how soft my face is! My pores are so much smaller and my acne is virtually gone. I also use grapeseed oil and take vitamins. My nails are doing OK, but could be better. The best benefit has been my acne scars reduced

Thanks for the informative video, JT. I have been using Collagen in my morning coffee for about 6 weeks now. I've noticed an improvement in my joints and my skin already. I'm going to keep taking Collagen to see what other long-term benefits I could get. Take care 🇨🇦

I take a multi collagen (from beef, chicken skin, egg membrane, fish skin), hyaluronic acid, vitamin C and chondroitin.

Hydrolyzed is not mentioned on the Vital Proteins unflavored label. I’m assuming it can be found on their website or I’m just missing it.

I'm just about at the month and a half point. Nails are definitely stronger, faster growth. No change yet for joints, achiness which I REALLY want. Possibly slight skin change but waiting that out. Ultimately not sure my total results since I'm only on marine collagen since I don't eat beef, pork. Using Zen Principle since cost effective and is hydrolyzed.

Hi Erik, Thanks for sharing your experience. You should be able to get results with marine collagen. For achy joints reducing sugar, processed foods and vegetable oils will make a huge difference if you're not doing that already. Hope that helps.

20-40 grams a day. It makes up 1/3 of your bodily protein. Chances are you are getting very little in normal cuts of meat.

I take it in the morning but it's not necessarily better. Lots of people like to take it at night because they feel it helps them sleep better. Either option is good.

@@JTJaredTaylor it was the powder, even when mixed. I think also, people with sensitivities need to cinsider what they eat before and after taking the powdered collagen.

@@theancientsancients1769 i have had the same issue with protein powder. Pieple with inflammatory intestinal diseases may have problems with powders, particularly, I have noticed at least, when they mix the powders with acids. I might try a pre-mixed formulation to see if it was the powder or the collagen. That is why, with any supplements, it is best to have a baseline health assessment.

Hi Juliana, Yes. All collagen supplements have the potential to kick you out of ketosis because the protein is so lean BUT if you add fat when you consume it you can make it work. I've done several review videos and haven't emphasized that enough. I would say try the chocolate but add some heavy cream and see what happens. If your weight loss stops or you start feeling hungry all the time then you know it's kicking you out. Of course you could get a blood meter but if you don't want to do that hunger is your best indicator. Hope that helps.
