I think men should pay on the first date. It doesn't have to be an extravagant or expensive date....but he should still pay. Not because the woman buys all this expensive makeup for herself to look good. I just think if you want a woman to be the feminine part of the relationship...then the man needs to display his masculine traits...paying for the date is part of that. But if the woman starts asking masculine or is clearly just taking advantage of a man without having feelings for him.....Cut Her Loose!

I'm latina and also doing a research about relationships (love, jealousy and violence). Unfortunately is part of our culture the part of jealous and drama. But that doesn't mean is healthy. Also in Latinoamerica we have a lot of cases of violence thanks to the mindset that relationships needs to have drama. I dated guys from other cultures and them also agree that they don't like the drama some girls and men could do in a relationship. Is part of our culture but we can built more healthy relationships. Also now I can confirm that some women think another woman could be your competition. Sometimes is "hard" to deal with the stereotypes because not all latinas are like that. I loved the video!
@francotaffurelli129 Жыл бұрын
😂 So funny seeing these Latina girls talking about these stereotypes in English. We need to normalise discussing these behaviours between men and women, even sex, as it came up with the Venezuelan girl. For those wondering why I shake my head at 10:21 , I was in complete disagreement with Venezuela. It's not fair to attack men in bed. It's not fair to attack anyone. Not all bodies are the same and everyone is different. Assuming a man knows exactly what a new women in his life wants is unreasonable. And I'm pretty sure a lot of men out there are also suffering through sexual disappointment but they don't express it as much.

i think majority of women fake orgasms so it is generalisation. it is because of the influence of adult movies that men expect women to climax in a certain dramatic way but really majority of women dont climax ever because their body cant do it, or can do it only in some specific way which is not really practiced by majority of people. i dont think men should feel attacked because statistically most women cant climax. it is what it is. maybe spend more time on foreplay and focused on womens erogenic zones even if you get no pleasure out of it. i dont like the fact women fake climaxes but what are you gonna do about it, women should learn its rude to lie to guys. its important to be honest and talk about it with your partner to find a solution about what can both do to change that.

Man the double standard: They complain about the fact that people (and I bet it's not even men necessarily) judge women for sleeping around on the first date (btw, I agree, there is nothing wrong with sleeping on the first date independent of the gender of the person...what you do on the first date with your date is none of anyones business) but on the same token they see men that don't pay for THEIR ORDER on the very FIRST DATE as cheap and not worth for anything afterwards....?? What should the men than think about you girls? I mean, you don't even want to pay for YOUR OWN ORDER??? And btw, the argument of: "But I put all this effort and money into my looks" doesn't count. If the man does only go for showers and that is the most he does for sustaining his hygiene and looks, the likelyhood of a woman putting all that effort into her looks and even acknowledging that person is slim to none. Also, what if we say that the man took years to work on his body. That man is now jacked, his beard is on point, his hair is done well and he dressed very nice....does it now mean, that he no longer has to pay for YOUR ORDER? I bet the girls still would say no, he still has to pay.

Let’s be honest if it wasn’t for the Spaniards 🇪🇸 and Portuguese 🇵🇹mixing with indigenous/Native Women from South/Central America there wouldn’t be Latinas chicks We see today! I dont agree with trading or whatever in a relationship. But i love her honesty. Some people think men should pay because xyz. But reality is, if you are the type to expecy men to pay, it boils down to a trade. If you have notning to offer why should he pay. Some people literally say women dont need to offer anything. At least offer him some flirting. But like i said i dont like exchanging usong money but yes we do expect things
@Frivals Жыл бұрын
When men paid for girls, girls were totally submissive and obedient to the men, there was no divorce rape, no misandrism laws, the men could legally kill their wife if found cheating. In today reality there is no more sense to pay for females. Zero.

So all this talk about “we do makeup and dress nice for us to feel good, not for men” and “men and women are equal” is a bunch of BS.
@princessdaya5781 Жыл бұрын
i think makeup for women is a lot like men getting super huge, ridiculous muscles. it starts out trying to attract the opposite sex to some degree whether you deny it or not but after a certain point it becomes more about an exaggerated display of femininity/masculinity that must be upkept
@princessdaya5781 Жыл бұрын
also men and women are equal in value as human beings, but we're biologically, psychologically etc different. we're not the same in our make up or the roles we excel at

Daily reminder to avoid dating a latina lol the toxicity is very true. Can't justify the lack of emotional intelligence with "i'm a latina" or "we just have feelings and are very passionate." Nah you need to mature and find happiness in a more balanced approach to relationships, drama and jealously have no place in adult relationships.
@free22 Жыл бұрын
Latin American culture is like that. It is culturally acceptable to show intense emotions you can’t express in most other countries. It doesn’t matter who you date in Latin America. The stereotypes apply to both men and women. It is not for everyone but it does have its up side though. A Latin American partner will rarely ever just pick up and leave you without letting you know why they were mad at you. Much better than dating someone with a culturally mandated fake smile who hides what they really feel.
@dj4monie Жыл бұрын
Are you dating at all is my question? Latinas et-al including Portugal & Spain more or less behave the same. If you don't like it, it's not for you. It's a daily reminder for YOU not to date Latinas. More for us Black men who love them to bits #SYSBM

@@free22 I grew up in Mexico and then while in the US i was fortunate to have been able to make friends from a lot of other countries so I understand the pros and cons. In latin america they may seem more expressive and affectionate, but people can be just as fake as the people of any other country. It is what I appreciate of “colder” cultures that won’t fake liking you to the point of affection while they may talk poorly of you behind your back. Also can’t help to notice that obesity is far too common in latin america, and i believe that has a lot to do with the lack of emotional intelligence and discipline that would make a person have a healthier life style. But yeah it can be summed up to “just not MY cup of tea”, because lots of these things would not turn off my white, black or asian male friends from being interested in latinas
@free22 Жыл бұрын
@@zukondis I have seen my share of Americans, Western Europeans, and Eastern Europeans trash talking people behind their back. That’s an entirely different thing. And Americans and the British most definitely have an obesity problem. You may have a misconception about what you call colder cultures. But happy dating, nonetheless.

@@free22 thank you and yes all issues are found in all cultures, i may be over generalizing due to personal preference and experience. I know there’s always exceptions to commonly found negative qualities. I’m glad there’s something out there for everyone out there regardless of their preferences.

As millenial latina girl that lives in Mexico I really desagree and I would like that our society broke this way of thinking and acting. Unfortunately we are used to see lot of violence everyday in older generations and even now. I really don't want to reproduce this old and machista role anymore.
