Wow! That shortcut saved about 100 meters distance and about 5 minutes of time. BUT, you will lose the Mitchell Freeway (or a bumper) if you run out of blinker juice at the last moment or no one lets you change lanes. Then you get to show us some great videos of the Parliament House of Western Australia! (I didn't know, but Google did. you have to move over 2 lanes to the right in about 100 meters, then 1 more over soon after. No wander no one takes it!) All good, mate! From sunny Florida, US. Well, sunny after Hurricane Nichole left.

Entertaining, right? A few years ago, I replaced my old toilet with a new low-flow model. The house was built in 1938 and had no prior problems (that I am aware), until I suspect the low-flow was insufficient to send everything all the way down. The first unclogging cost $1200 USD, the second $900, and if it happens again, part of the drainage pipes need to be replaced for $3300 USD. The plumbing codes were quite different way back then. Take care of your pipes or they will rebel against you.

Is that a plastic cistern? I guess the Aussie public must be more gentle and polite than the US public. Even porcelain toilets get damaged and destroyed by the public here. I've never seen a blue seat before either. Black seats were common for public toilets here until the 1980s. Now they're always white. Also, here in the USA it's very common for homeowners to replace fill valves, even entire toilets. In fact, my fiance replaced her toilet last year by herself. (she's a keeper!)

As a previous coffee shop owner I know from experience the disgusting smell from the coffee machine drain if it is not maintained. Weekly maintenance is this only prevention.

I do not know how it works down in the land of Oz when it comes to the dunny, but here in Canada we do not have to be a licensed plumber to replace a part on the loo or the loo itself. When it comes to cooking with gas, I hope it is not methane that you are referring to but either propane or kerosene. Otherwise, it is nice to see you are flushed with success

When it comes to do in your own plumbing here in the US, I don't believe you need to be a license plumber unless it requires a permit or something like that. Some small towns like where I live you can basically do whatever work you want to your house because it doesn't require no inspections.

G'Day Bruce. On this late Sunday morning, I could sure use another cup of coffee. I'd go downstairs and make one, but I would rather have some of that special brew you were teasing us with in part one of your video. Special French Toast would make a wonderful second breakfast, or maybe lunch, as the time is so close. I was amazed to see how much crud came out of that kitchen sink drain. That must have been the residue from years worth of dirty dishes. My 2 toilets at home and one of the two in the summer cabin have the Fluidmaster fill valves. They work flawlessly, in fact the toilets at home have them as original equipment. They are trouble free. As always, you put on a fine show!
