We help a LOT of people relocate to the twin cities. It's what we do best, and it's literally in our name. Some folks have never even been here and they buy a home before arriving, but that's fairly rare. Most people, at least, take one trip out to explore and take in the twin cities before making it their home. But in this "do's and don'ts" video, we're giving out some advice (for free) that we give our clients if we are lucky enough to catch them before they are actually visiting.

Those houses in Kenwood were on Mr. Curve Ave. Extremely wealthy area even for Kenwood. The founder of Donaldson's Dept. store had a mansion there. Lake of the Isles Parkway is also for the very wealthy. Mansions only. People with a net worth of less than $10M need not apply. I've lived here for 35 years, and I love Minneapolis. Great biking trails! Top in the nation next to Denver. Warning: Stay OUT of North Minneapolis. You have no business there whatsoever. And parts of South Minney are NOT cool either. If you want to visit George Floyd Square, go in the day. Do NOT go to that area (East of 35W) at night.
