As someone who is more obese trying to lose weight, I often see the thumbnail of these type of videos and assume they will be filled with maneuvers I will never be able to do. The fact that every exercise was broken down into progression steps for every level of fitness was amazing. I will be incorporating this into my weight loss journey. Thanks

These are great exercises, but I think you´re almost overlooking what, for me, is the most important element of your video: the progressions. For some many people (me included), some trainers can demonstrate and explain the final version, but they don´t know how to help learners build up to it. I suggest you rework and repackage this as "Progressions: Getting There", or something like that. All the Best, hope you get lots of watchers and comments!

Thank you, thank you, thank you for taking the time to help beginners! Too often trainers say, "just take your time. You can work up to it." But I never do! And now, looking at your instructions,, I see they never showed me HOW to work up to a move w/other movements.. I just kept trying to do the difficult exercises! Now I see I needed to start w/working up to it by doing something else 1st! What a revelation....

I’ve suffered a stroke in January, some of your exercises look good for balance. I have done one or two that look similar , for balance. I will implement the ones you showed in a gradual manner. Will not become a ninja 😑 but certainly will improve my balance. I cannot jump up yet , but eventually will have more strength an flexibility. I think the light approach of these exercises would benefit recovering for folks like me me. My routine is 1/2 hour , sometimes skip a day or two. Lie down with my legs straight up against the wall for ten minutes to stretch the legs and lower body, do a peddling exercise on my back keeping shoulders on the mat, do a similar balance exercise like the pointer one you do, five push ups, back ups lying on my back, leg ups on my side, the superman on my stomach, and last walking forward one foot in front of the other then balance on one leg and slight squat for balance recovery. Usually takes 30 minutes in all . I can walk without a cane, improving balance, can’t walk fast yet, or run or jump. I enjoyed watching your exercises , will try a beginners approach .

First thing I thought from the first frame of this video was “people have probably gotten all over his hair.” The internet is predictable. That being said, it’s disproportional to the size of his head cuz he just has so much hair! My hair gets crazy like that depending on what shampoo I steal from my gf. 😜 I don’t like when I look like that! But that’s me. If I had as much hair as him (I don’t 😢) I’d get an undercut. As long as I’m critiquing a stranger’s aesthetic values on the internet, I don’t think the white jersey with pasty white skin (like me) is flattering even if he is ripped. But ultimately who cares??? I’d rather be as fit as him than satisfy everyone’s opinions.

leon kennedy The workout can burn fat if you work hard enough to get your cardio going. If your heart rate isn't up to at least up to 120 for extended periods of time, then you won't really being burning fat. Hell, do the workouts for twice as long. You burn fat when you have no more sugars to burn. Burn the sugars, your body will immediately move to the next best thing, stored fat cells.
