These stretches are really good. I'm noticing a great improvement in my flexibility, stamina and way less niggling aches. Almost 4 weeks into this new thing. Thx for the new set. I will need to work on the squats but the rest were great. You have another set where you do half squat to toes down to full squat. I think I will sub that in place and continue on with the other new ones The bridge was new to me but did it. Work with you on a 75 inch TV, like being in a gym for a private lesson each time. Thx. .

Hi Mike- great to have you and your videos back. Please can you advise. Every time I do the bridge my hamstrings cramp and it’s excruciating. I’m still waiting for my knees to be replaced so my range of motion isn’t great. Any suggestions . I know I should be keeping them strong- 🙏

Another nicely paced set of exercises which is the real strength of Mike’s programs, you get all the benefits without feeling overtaxed, our group did the standing warm up then 25 minute full body routine this morning and as we finished one of the ladies said I wasn’t going to come but I’m glad I did, I feel much better for it. Keep up the great work Mike

Mike, I'm always hungry for new routines, or repeat mixes. I cannot do full squats so mini-ones are my way to go. The sit to stand with push up and sit support are doable. I'm strong with all the rest and have been doing bridges for a very long time. Please keep making up new mash-ups, won't you? Stay safe and very very healthy...Anastasia

It depends on when the TKR was Julie. I would not recommend them in the early stages following a knee replacement. But after the initial stages yes, they are important exercises. Best to let your guiding therapist progress the exercises following a knee replacement.
