WITH TIMER BEEP! These stretching exercises will help you gain flexibility while putting you in a state of relaxation! This daily stretch routine targets your full body so you can also help all your muscles to recover!
Hope you're not too sore from our workouts this week hehe and from my challenges! As you know, I am a huge advocate for stretching after your workouts and on a daily basis! It can really help you if you are working all day, sitting in front of your computer or working out a lot!
I encourage you to do this routine every day whether you do it in the morning, during a break or at night! Just take that time for you and give your body some love :) In fact, I'll be doing this routine as soon as I post it! I have been working all day on my laptop and my phone and I need to clear my mind, relax and reset!
