WITH TIMER BEEP! These stretching exercises will help you gain flexibility while putting you in a state of relaxation! This daily stretch routine targets your full body so you can also help all your muscles to recover!
Hope you're not too sore from our workouts this week hehe and from my challenges! As you know, I am a huge advocate for stretching after your workouts and on a daily basis! It can really help you if you are working all day, sitting in front of your computer or working out a lot!
I encourage you to do this routine every day whether you do it in the morning, during a break or at night! Just take that time for you and give your body some love :) In fact, I'll be doing this routine as soon as I post it! I have been working all day on my laptop and my phone and I need to clear my mind, relax and reset!

If you really want to challenge yourself and see results in 2 weeks make sure you are consistent and perform this workout 4-5 times per week over the next 2 weeks! Please remember that abs are also build in the kitchen and that you should be on a healthy balanced diet for ultimate results! You might build your abs but if there’s always a layer of fat from unhealthy habits, you might not see them!

I very seldom comment on videos, but I've done this stretch every morning before work this past week and it is lovely. The set up with the music, timer, no talking... I love it! THANK YOU!

Love this routine Daniela. I use your cool down and stretching videos exclusively after my workouts! Love the soothing music, no talking during the stretches, and clear timer.

This 15min stretch is absolutely my favorite it has all of my favorite stretches after a really tiring workout. And I absolute enjoyed every single stretching workouts you've had posted !! 💕💕

What I appreciate with this video is the fact that I'm sure she can fold herself in half easily but doesn't. The reason is simple, when I can see that the instructor is at least pretending to try but might need improvement, it helps me. I feel less alone. Seeing her in such great shape not folding herself flat makes me feel maybe just maybe she even has room for improvement. Is that weird? I've tried so many yoga videos and the instructor does the thing with ease. No balance struggles, knees flat to the ground... Idk. Makes me feel like I shouldn't be doing these things until I'm in better shape. It's strange. I know. But this young lady doesn't have her knees flat to the ground while doing the butterfly. She isn't laying her chest flat to her legs. I feel better about myself. Now I know that she probably CAN do all of that. But I like it when it appears the instructor is improving right along with me.

Hello, stretching exercises are really great for the body☀. I increased my height by 4 inches in 4 months and this result is truly incredible for me. During this period, I used Shiydf and did regular stretching exercises every week. I hope everyone achieves their dreams!
