what if the headset stops working? Well to be more specific what if it turns on to the color orange when u charge the headset but then instantly die? the usb lights up a couple of times and it dies? I’ve tried to reset it multiple ways but it just doesn’t seem to work.

Hi, are you sure it's fully charged? If yes, have you tried resting the USB stick too? it has a small hole to do it while it's powered by USB.

@@fernandoarraes8601 if it’s on and the light is blue it should be working, with the usb connected to the console it should work. Also check your settings for volume in your console and make sure your headset volume is all the way up or if not mostly. To be honest the only thing I’ve learned from this video is: 1. Is if this video doesn’t work just invest into a new headset to save you the headache. 2. The problems that occurred with this specific headset is that it could be ether the usb not functioning properly or the headset itself.

Hey I have a question my pulse 3D headset has been great but the past few day the right side is way louder than the left at full volume and full chat I never had problems with it before my eq was turned all the way up on everyone of the options so that could be a problem but no one told me not to and it makes the headset louder help I don’t want to return these are great but mine stopped working! سلام من دوساله استفاده میکنم و سه مودم وای فای هم توی اتاق دارم و باعث خرابی نشده و مشکلی نداشته فقط همین مشکل اختلال صوتی بود که اونم با دورتر کردن مودم ها بجای اینکه کنار کنسول باشن حل شد.

Hi, that might be a physical issue, but I'm not sure, I'd recommend trying reset the headset and see if that helps: Turn off the headset. Connect the wireless adaptor to your console. Insert a small pin or similar object (not included) into the hole surrounding the reset button on the wireless adaptor, push in for at least one second, and then release it. On the headset, hold down the CHAT button and the VOLUME+ button. While holding down the CHAT button and the VOLUME+ button, slide the headset’s power switch on. If the reset is successful, the headset and adaptor will connect.

If that doesn't work, it means there's a physical issue with the button, then you need to fix it.

I have a real problem man! My dongle didn’t turn on yesterday probably because it was overheated. I reset the dongle multiple times and now the dongle turn on and pair with the headset but the ps5 doesn’t seem to recognize the headset and the audio output is only hdmi from the settings. It’s a big problem because the lights on dongle and headset indicate that they are connected. How can i solve and make the audio ouput if i have only hdmi option on ps5?

Hi, was it connected to the backports? please use front ports next time. I recommend resettings both the dongle and headset and testing it on another device (PC or Laptop or Phone) and ensure it's alive. then try rebuilding the database if PS5 still doesn't recognize it.

Hi, wireless has a higher delay (around 37ms). The sound quality is almost the same (24Bit AUX and 16Bit wireless). Mic has Automatic noise removal in a wireless mode which not everyone like it.

Remember cable to controller is worse, in this case you have to have a USB sound card connected to console. Wireless is fine almost for everything

Try reseting dongle with the hole while it's plugged, if it didn't help, there might be some issues with the dongle.

سلام استاد، الان چند ماهی هست که هدست ps5 من وقتی روشن میکنم چندین بار با فاصله چند دقیقه کانکت و دیسکانکت میشه دیگه اینقدر آزار دهنده شده که با کابل به دسته وصلش میکنم، شارژش فول هست و چندین بار هم ریست فکتوری کردم، پورت usb هم عوض کردم ولی بازم قطع و وصل میشه بعضی روزها هم شده که مشکلی نداشته ولی ۹۰ درصد مواقع اینطوری میشه حتی گوشی موبایل هم ازش دور کردم و مودم توی اتاق بقلی هست، اما خودم شکم به اختلال امواجی هست، چون توی اپارتمان هستیم و بعضی مواقع میبینم که یک سری موبایل همسایه ها میخوان به بلوتوث تلویزیونم وصل بشن که دینای میزنم، واقعا به نظر شما الان مشکل چیه خیلی کلافم کرده
