Wim Hof, also known as The Iceman, is the holder of over 26 world records. He has climbed the majority of Mt. Everest wearing nothing but shorts and shoes. He’s stayed immersed in ice for 1 hour, 13 minutes and 48 seconds. And while many have claimed that he is some kind of genetic freak, he is silencing critics everywhere by teaching regular people his unique breathing and cold exposure methods so that they too can enjoy the same powers as the Iceman himself. Find out how you can too in this episode of Impact Theory.

6 months ago I was so sick I needed help caring for myself. I was planning on letting my body die and giving up. I’m very neglected by the health care system. I was tired of sitting in front of doctors looking like death and them not helping me. 5 years of major chronic body pain and a scary amount of co morbidities. I have been abused for 30 years of my life. I was experiencing dementia symptoms. Ect ect. Then I found this and doctor joe dispenza. I have not even followed them strictly and I’m getting better. I’m able to cook again, spend time with my kids, I can stretch and do yoga multiple times a week ect ect ect. All things I never thought I would be able to do again. I do wim hof breath work on top of other versions of breath work, meditations, holistic meds, and healthy eating. I’m so thankful for these people who are fighting so hard to show us we can do this. I don’t need a diagnosis to heal. I don’t western meds to heal. I have ME. It’s so beautiful. I’m getting my life back!

His message reach many people who seek for it and number of 'practicioners' grows. BTW, My husband cured his bad eczema by practicing Wim's method and I my migrane disapeared , and we are still just 'begginers', started doing breathing and showers only ca 6 weeks ago.

Wim Hof teaching people how to go Super Saiyan. Absolute legend. I was struggling big time with depression which soon was followed by suicidal thoughts/visions and urges, all for about 20 years. Only reason why I didn't do it, was my faith(Christianity), and my mother who actually cared for me. After this many years of fighting with it and doing no progress in breaking free from it, I'm pretty sure it's thanks to Wim that I actually made progress. Something psychologists and psychiatrists with meds couldn't do. I really hope Wim Hoff's message/teaching will reach many many people and won't be forgotten, people need to know and practice this.

Throughout the years I tried EVERYTHING there is to try (and I swear everything) and all of that helped me more or less but I tell you, I have been taking cold showers and doing the breathing technique for just 10 days and I have never felt this strong in my life. I found myself willingly stop intrusive thoughts in a matters of minutes, my immune system is so strong, my inflammation has reduced (not completely yet but it has) This man has done more for the world than he will ever know, he is literally a superhero

And you would follow this product after a few weeks with Bio complete 3 for proper bacteria growth. Dr Gundry products are considered to be some of the best on the market. Clutter seems to cause a lot of people anxiety. Decluttering and cleaning does wonders. Regarding inflation, avoid inflammatory foods like eggplant, corn and ALL corn products. Olive oil is fantastic. Someone said, the skin and seeds of a tomato with its lectins could be/are an inflammatory. I just get canned Cento San Marzano from the ashy soil of Mount Vesuvius, naturally sweet and skinless tomatoes for my sauce, with ground turkey meatballs, Yum. Every morning (29/31 days), I add about 4-6 oz. of Bragg's apple cider vinegar in a small glass with a marble size amount of Neem powder. Neem is wondrous. Takes a few mins to dissolve, then I add a small amount of filtered water, enough to rinse off the mixing fork. This bitter/sour drink, on an empty stomach with Turmeic Curcumin capsules (read recommend amount), will make your eyebrows alternatively, inadvertently rise and fall😵. Turmeic is an anti-inflammatory as well as ginger root. Not only is ginger fantastic in food, it also makes a great tea. Peel/scrap fresh ginger with a spoon, cut into coin's and at first, boil for a shorter time 3-5 mins maybe, then longer the next re-batch. There are many more food to avoid and many that are beneficial. I basically follow a blood type eating strategy from a book called, Eat Right Four (4) Your Type. Certainly, if I am on the West coast of France, like Bordeaux, I will have oyster's, or in the south of France, Bouillabaisse provençal (a fish stew) Basically, I follow the this "diet" and it seems to be about 25 years so far; it works! Works for me. Don't forget about the turmic and ginger, fresh if possible, and oily fish like salmon, mackerel, fresh and/or canned sardines. Stretch as you wake in the morning. Avoid fast foods and sugar like the plague! Keep the good vibes. I wish you well.

@@michelealexander9900 Thanks for this post! There are so many facets that affect our health, such as clutter. My husband is very neat but also a collector. Albums, books, nick-nacks, framed photos, even lamps, neatly placed in our living area. A lot of it has not been moved for year's, although, everything is always dusted! Reading a post about getting old, clutter was mentioned and the further advanced you are in year's, the more you accumulate. I realized our clutter was aging us. When my husband was gone for a couple days, I took some things out and put them in a box in the attic. He was so mad at me, the next time I left, he took everything out except for his albums and lamps. When I came home it looked stark but I felt big breath of relief. Even though my husband reacted in spite, he also had a positive response to the emptiness of our spacious rooms. After letting the bare rooms be for about a month we are gradually putting only the things we love back and not in the same old places they were before. Clutter can clear the mind and I think helps your inside work better. Vice verse - when you clear the inside - like the mind and improve health, the body has to clean up it’s outside environment. 👍

For me it was Social Anxiety Disorder. First I found a Dr. Thomas A. Richards to teach me, with cognitive behavioral therapy, how to regain control over my mind and emotions (sounds like Wim achieves this through cold exposure?!), getting rid of "automatic negative thinking", ANTs. Then I found Mark Sisson's book 'The New Primal Blueprint'. Primal Man and Health. This also seems to be what Wim Hof is talking about. Going Primal, no? Eckhart Tolle teaches us to live in the present moment. So, right, no medication! Good health and peace of mind is within us! I do five rounds of breathing before getting out of bed every morning (3 breath outs, two breath ins), then a cold shower. Glad you beat your adhd. Peace ;)

I was calm, I felt the surge of discomfort come but I embraced those surges and made a welcome place for it in my brain and body instead of fighting against it. It was almost euphoric as I allowed my brain to be immersed in the experience. My body must have been releasing pain killers because I've given birth without anesthesia to all 5 of my babies and this was the only one where I felt this euphoria that took away the pain. He talks about breath work. That's exactly what I was doing. I was very in control of my breath and very in control of my thoughts.

@Steve Warlee as are you. does not your creed tell you to judge not, lest you be judged by the same. i have always believed there is no such thing as cold; only heat. i see people say how cold it is. i tell them it is 'fresh'. calling winter air 'fresh' makes them feel much more comfortable. if you were to convince this man that he is freezing then he would freeze. you speak of binding his abilities; now that sounds demonic to me. cheers. also wim teaches love not hate. my healing took place before i ever saw this video.

When I was very young growing up in Eastern Europe my gym teacher used to regularly teach all of us little rascals how to relax the mind and do deep breathing techniques, as we layed on the gym mats with our eyes closed. And as newborns our mother always bundled us up and left us on the porch outside for an hour each day in sub zero temperatures to build our immunity. What’s cool about Wim Hof is that his method was proven by science so there is zero speculation about its effectiveness . Now, As a mother of 3 I can proudly say my little kids and I practice Wim Hof breathing every single night before bed. It’s life changing.

I agree that most people I meet feel this way and so too the many people with depression feel this way. As for me I do want to die in hopes that I will experience less suffering. Not so much as for my personal bodily suffering, but the pain I feel when i see that we as humans are More readily willing to literally walk by or thru others pain without a second thought. I'm homeless yet I give what little money I have AT times to feed other homeless people. I just drove around town a few days ago to find a blanket for a homeless man in a wheel chair. I didn't have enough money( in my mind) to buy him one so I asked around to find one for him this winter. When I was young we, my class mates, were taught in schools, home, church and on TV to help others. I want to die cuz it hurts me when people say that what I do is special, when its not. It use to be the norm. In my immature way, I hope that I die soon, 59 now, so I can help more people as a spirit. Even if I just become dirt, at least I won't see the world of people I care about, becoming more and more indifferent towards eachother. This of course is my opinion. Until I die, everyday I will try to help or compliment three people a day. I'm hoping on the butterfly affect, lol.

That's true, I am from the Caribbean . What I notice whenever I go back is the water feels extraordinarily cold. I complain that the water was cold and everybody laugh at me. My body got use to using warm water to shower and last it's ability to use cold water comfortably. Other things I notice people who live in third world countries are happier than people who live in highly developed countries. They are more social, quicker to laugh, bounce back quicker from tragedy, care more for each other and forgive more easily. Modern life is isolating and more individually base.

I've suffered all my life from depression and never dealt with it properly, until recently, when it became truly a life and death decision. I only discovered Wim today, and am very impressed by his whole philosophy and his achievements. I recently started taking cold showers after a normal hot shower, just because I thought it might be a good idea. At first it was torture, but each time it became more and more pleasurable and I wanted the water colder and colder, and now I really look forward to it and it makes me feel really good. Now watching Wim makes me want to jump into a barrel full of ice...

@@klijhachamberlain7654 I want to say first that you’re going to be all right. I was so afraid when I was diagnosed, I thought all these awful things would happen to me. They didn’t. They were irrational fears. You’re going to be okay. This is a COMPLETELY treatable condition. There are different medications for it, I was on acetazolamide and it worked right away. Different things work for different people. There are also different reasons for it happening, many to do with hormones. Sometimes people are doing certain acne treatments that affect their hormones, some are on birth control, some taking steroids, some just get it for no reason. But if you are taking something that affects your hormones, I would recommend you stop, or ask your doctor about stopping. I also went completely vegan and oil and sugar free. I ate a lot of vegetables. I also lost 50 lbs of extra weight. I’m still vegan now but I don’t have to worry about that anymore. I took cold showers often and meditated to calm my mind, it was to try to help me calm down. I was very afraid, but I didn’t need to be. You don’t need to be either. This is completely treatable and you are going to be okay. You’ll get better

Buy a Megahome water distiller with a glass collection jug. Nutriteam sells it for $219. No need to use the charcoal filter it comes with because the EZ TDS meter reads zero either way. Buy a 3 gallon glass beverage dispenser & 16-22 oz glass water bottles. Drink 1 gallon per day, more or less depending on your weight. Distilled water is perfect for daily detoxing of heavy metals & inorganic mineral sediment. Don't listen to Dr Mercola, he is a Big Pharma lying shill , distilled water does not leach organic minerals. Do not add minerals to your water. You get your organic minerals from fruits, vegetables, nuts & seeds. Distilled water & an organic plant based diet will clean your arteries, organs, nerves, joints & your brain. If your insides are clean then everything works the way it's supposed to. We've been programmed to believe breakfast is an important meal which is a lie ! We should eat between the hours of noon to 8 pm then fast for 16 hours til noon the next day on water only. Exercise daily. If this guru in the video followed this protocol his hair would slowly return. Avoid processed sugar, artificial sweeteners & all products with toxic chemicals including perfumes, colognes, lotions, shampoos, soaps, detergents & deodorants/antiperspirants that actually are the number one cause of Breast Cancer. Western medicine including vaccines & pharmaceuticals are full of toxins & hormone disruptors that cause disease. Vaccines contain aluminum adjuvants & some contain a mercury based preservative. Vaccine heavy metals can migrate to the brain causing brain injuries that have been improperly diagnosed as genetic diseases. Alzheimer's, Autism, Parkinson's, Epilepsy, MS & Brain Cancer are actually brain injuries caused by vaccine heavy metals. Vaccines also contain Formaldehyde & Polysorbate 80 which is an Endocrine Hormone disruptor. Some vaccines are cultured in a cell line from an aborted female fetus. Unless says no their babies are receiving 25 vaccines by the time they are 6 mo old & a total of over 70 by the time they are teenagers. With the ridiculous increase in vaccinations we are seeing a dramatic increase in childhood diseases, SIDS, Transgenders & Gays......Population control by injection !!! Go natural or die young ! Fluoride is also a toxin so if you brush your teeth with fluoride you absorb a neuro toxin. They are purposely poisoning tap water with fluoride so if you take long hot showers you absorb fluoride & chlorine thru your skin, lungs & sinuses. Take a quick lukewarm shower with organic shampoo then do a final rinse with a bottle of distilled water.

Actually it's not in your head. It does help right away since breathing raises pH level in your blood as well as oxygenating your muscle tissue which is why I was able at the first day I tried it, to break my pushup record from 34 to 56 after doing breath work. So it's really not in the head but actual science so please don't talk about stuff you know nothing about. BTW it also is a painkiller scientifically proven since canabinoid will increase while doing breath work.

As long as I "dove under" the river and didn't break the surface, I felt ZERO PAIN. It took a lot of focus to "stay under", but luckily, labor pain only lasts a few minutes at a time. The nurses were amazed that they couldn't tell I was in labor, other than my eyes were closed for a few minutes. :)
