You still train legs ?
@nicolas72772 ай бұрын
im currently at a 8-10s full planche, and want to continue to strengthen my technique and holds. would training harder variations such as maltese, and/or working on increasing pressing skills benefit more in the long run? or would you advise continuing training holds to build endurance 👀 ive been at this crossroads lately and would appreciate any wisdom
@TheJackedVegan2 ай бұрын
In my experience yes, you’ll get even stronger gain more control so you holds will be even easier, it’s definitely a good time to work on your dynamic strength skills
@nicolas72772 ай бұрын
@@TheJackedVegan thanks for the response! i've been wanting to consult with a high level athlete about this. would it be better to prioritize dynamics over statics, perhaps 80% dynamics, 20% statics or should I be 50/50 with statics/dynamics. what has worked best for you?

Lens is very important depending on how you want the images to look. I use tamron f2.8 17-70mm and Sony 10mm f1.8. You need good settings and lighting too ofc

No hate bro I love anything that brings more eyes to calisthenics but is Leevan cool with you using his pictures as thumbnails so often? Using anyone else’s content without their permission is always going to be pretty lame.
