Most people cant squat with feet together then stand up? I can not understand that. I tried it just to try at 66 years and I do not understand what is so hard about it. I will be checking my husband and a few others just to see now. lol my family says "Nanna is nosey when it comes to these things" and I am concerned that too many are too sedate now a days< Not enough time outside like Sadhguru has said before... tho we spent every moment outside (even in snow) we could when our children were growing and still do as great grands, they did very little with theirs as family having to work so much.
