@@swatityagi6235 Honestly, it's an ongoing battle. Some days I succeed and some days I don't. Byy yeah basically I try to realise mind is simply doing its job. So let it throw thoughts and let me just don't pay attention to it. And sometime I try to go still like switch off completely.

Watching your brushing teeth example, I realised I use to brush teeth under shower. Means I don't even allow a second between 2 activities. Definitely going to apply what you've suggested from tomorrow morning itself. Simple informative and clear video and content. Kudos for the work.

I don’t know what it is but I’ve tried many videos and nothing seems to help. It’s hard to explain but I don’t know what emotion it is. It could be scared, depressed, anxious, I don’t know but it’s a feeling where like I’m going to be me forever and like I can’t tell like if I’m just a pawn for something bigger. I am a Christian so I believe in god but I feel a sensation that makes me want to cry when I think of staying me for eternity and the thought that nobody can think what I think and for all I know the people reading this might not even be real. I’ve been looking for an answer or a way to get it treated and I can’t go to therapy because I can’t drive yet and I can’t ask my parents because if I asked something like that they would be worried and stressed and they already are so I don’t want to add to that. If you guys can give me an answer or a way to treat it myself I would appreciate it.

Guys take my suggestion. Give 10 minutes to your thoughts that are recurring. Just think about all the if, buts and whys during those 10 minutes. They will leave your head for a few days because now you have exhausted all shit related to them. This genuinely works. Ignoring and not acknowledging them will only worsen the thoughts. Its really basic. Take a walk, put on your headphones and think about them. If they are still bothering after this, start writing a page daily and jotting down all of them. Just give them so much attention that they are exhausted. Trust me this will be beautiful and fruitful.
