Take as long as you need. Start where you're at and build from there. You're doing great!

Hi just started working out two weeks ago and I have a question I lift weights I noticed that my left hand is my non dominant hand how do I play catch up with my right hand? Should I do more reps with it?

What exercises would you recommend for someone who can't do lunges? Squats are fine, running is fine, but any type of lunge kills the knee. Something about that particular extension thanks to an old injury.

We work with lots of people who are dealing with injuries. Glute bridges and step ups can be a good alternative to lunges. You can also shorten the length of your lunge to see if that corrects the problem. Good luck!

Because of my weight, I can't carry my body weight during pushups.. pls ans what to do?🙏

Wall pushups are a perfectly acceptable alternative. You can stand arms length against a wall (elbows slightly bent) and bend your arms to bring you closer then push back out. It's less weight and pressure. I have a shoulder injury that sometimes flares up, and I use the wall push ups when I can't bare too much weight on it.

Yes! It definitely will help you start to develop your abs. Adding in an ab-focused workout during the week will further help develop your abs.
