Being free from thoughts does not mean having no thoughts.
It simply implies that you are not bothered by them being there or not being there; that you do not get carried away by what they are projecting; that you do not instill a sense of identity within them; that your understanding of what you are does not get clouded by their presence.
This may all seem complex, but it is utter simplicity. And the more you begin to explore it, the more you begin to see that this is the case.
So that is exactly what today’s video will help you see very very clearly.
In today’s video I will share with you:
1. The two categories of thoughts and how they influence you differently. (Understanding this is crucial)
2. How thoughts pull you into identification as an object of awareness - & how to dissolve this habit.

This was helpfull, thanks. I watch all your videos but one thing I am unsure off-If my thoughts dont come from the source, is it safe to say that tought are separate " entity" from "me" and source..since I am fromless are toughts nonphysical entity, complete separate from the obeserver? Who is forming them? Ego? Thanx, ur great teacher! 🙏🏻👍

Thoughts arise and subside, come and go, IN awareness. They are a projection within awareness, made up out of nothing other than awareness itself. They are not separate. No need to dive further into this intellectually, simply practice the teaching as directed and over time clarity on these little misunderstandings comes automatically :)

Wow man those last few sentences really struck me. I allow myself to identify with anxiety, insecurity, anger, doubt, untrusting… but realizing that there’s a part of my mind where I’m not damaged where I’m free and pure from negative and even positive consequences and I just am… this is where I know the healing is. A lot of love man I e been watching you’re videos for about a month and they have helped me tremendously.

Thanks Sunny! Another timely reminder - This is a note I wrote to myself earlier this morning...To identify the personal I, first you must take your stand as awareness, and then become aware of the personal I as it takes ownership of every object and action that arises in awareness. Whenever I think that I am doing something or if there is a sense of me with a situation I'm thinking about, this means that I am identified with the I. When this happens, become aware of awareness, and know that you are this awareness, and then observe the personal I. Stay as awareness. Whenever you are aware, you are not the mind. Whenever you are the thinker, you are identified with the I and lost in the mind. Is it possible to be awareness and the thinker at the same time? Is this my reminder that I'm identified with I?

You always are what you are, you never cease being it. You can only APPEAR to be what you are not - which is what happens in the case of mind identification. Continue to see yourself as the awareness/knowing of what you know. Rather than staring, learn to see.

I fell i am in a loop. I become aware of the thought and personal felling. But i use thoughts for this thath fell personal. For exemple i close my eyes , images, random sounds and thoughts, then the thinker arise "so this are the first type of thoughts, i become aware of the thinker and the next thoughts fell personal to " aha so there is the thinker felling" and again i become aware of the personal felling of the thougths. Its like a loop.

Thank you for the video and I have a little question regarding these as far as I know low of attraction is always energy what goes around what comes around so if you are manifesting some desire we need to vibrate in the frequency which my desire is already with me. like that when we are in a negative mind that means V vibrate in a low-level frequency It will delay the manifestation..So to be in a good vibrations I believe we need to accept the present state as you mentioned that awareness is the key. So my question is When we are aware about the feeling will it be help to manifestation...?

Hello What about thought that derived from a reaction to a conversation or an action. Lets say I'm at work I hear conversation and my mind choose to react and a thought came out, the thought is : say/reply this or react and do this or that. Should I choose to ignore it or is it ok to act upon it?

Sunny I have a question !! We have been programmed of collective consciousness and unconscious!! As we got an awareness that we are just a soul having human experience!! And once we become aware that we as a soul just as subject rest are objective ( thoughts feeling , sensation, memories) can we create our reality and manifest that help your society! What are steps we can take in manifesting thanks

Thank you so much Sonny!! So just clarifying: the observer of my thoughts is my higher consciousness... this is the same as my higher Self? And is that the same as my Soul?

Why put so many words to it? How will that help? It will only reduce it once again to another mental concept. Just recognize it is YOU. You are the observer. Is that not obvious? :)

Sunny, I understand what you're saying & I practice being unattached to my thoughts. But, I'd like to hear your perspective on how this can be applied during deep grief. My fiancee was killed in a cycling accident in May. I'm in uncertainty about my future & trying not to attach importance to that, though it is challenging. I'm exhausted from the shock & the abrupt change to my life after 18 years. I have periods of deep calm & inner knowing, then poof out of the blue, I'm plunged into pain. It happened this morning. I was unaware of preceding thought. During my emotional collapse I was unaware of thoughts. I just felt hopeless and lost. I look forward to your response. Thank you 🙏

Lots of love to you in your difficult time. Allow the grief process to unfold. Allow the natural phases of falling into and out of grief and sadness. I believe it is crucial for you to practice living in acceptance as I describe it here on the channel in order to allow this healing process to unfold as it must without judgements and time restrictions. If you are not the thinker, must they be "my" thoughts? Let drop this sense of ownership entirely. You will find it beneficial :)

Please clarify this to me. The thoughts that don't rise and subside defines the real self?. For eg a person has great love towards cars and it bugs him constantly unlike other thoughts. So is that the real self
