Self identification with the limited is the cause of suffering.
When you live in a state of “I am this, I am that,” simply taking yourself to BE what you perceive - then whatever thought, feeling, or experience that arises in awareness absorbs you into its limited perspective.
It becomes what you are and operates as you, making you fully experience what it is projecting.
This is what keeps you in a cycle of pain and pleasure - Feeling good when the thoughts and feelings that are arising are pleasant, and then feeling bad when the thoughts and feelings that are arising are unpleasant.
To transcend this cycle of suffering, we need to tackle the root cause - Identification with what is perceived as “myself.”
In today’s video I will share with you in a very simple way, how to un-mix your being from all that you essentially are not.
In it, you will realize the significance of this practice and how it will liberate you from suffering your own mental projections.
Make sure to watch this very important video.
I hope it gives you great clarity!

Don’t say aware of awareness, it will still give rise to sense of self which is a reflective conciousness. Say aware as awareness and it’s modifications.

As said by others, this is something that would seem like Having a certain kind of intelligence is helpful to fully grasp these concepts. "Being aware if being aware" is one of those that I feel would benefit me if I possessed a higher intelkignecd. Still, good video

My body was so ill and painful the last few days; but it was the perfect opportunity to further return to awareness, only in thought and in narration of sensation was "I" ever in pain or suffering. As painful as it was, as awareness, observing the pain-body, thoughts and mind everything was perfect. Thanks Sunny

So can you explain that more. The mind, and environment, happenings around you, are to be brought to your attention by your ID unto the true I or self? If we did not need an ego, why were we created with one? God doesn't make mistakes. I'm understanding that the ego is the bad part of us that wants to steal the true I. Then it seems like a bad thing. Stealing and blinding us from our true self. Are we not true identity along with the, ( as I know it-a Spirit man?) Other parts as a complete person? It seems to me like I am trying to shut down part of myself. Why was it put there to begin with if we should not use it? I talk to God my Father all the time in deep lostness of vastness. Yes, He talks to me. I'm trying to understand the teaching here. If I shut off the mind and it's revelation of the outward world, how am I going to talk to God about all these things in the world? I see the world, people, hearts, hidden motives of people, can hear their thoughts at times when allowed to hear by God....He tells me things and I understand their other's nature and the why's to their making. I have a greater compassion and love for them afterwards. However, it is the deeper truth that God is revealing-nit superficial. My question on this is, if I shut off mind, environment, and none of it is reality, what will I have to talk to God about, and where is my part in the helps of humanity as directed by God as to my life missions? If we segment ourself apart, how are we suppose to work together as a whole person, along with these parts? So willing to hear from you. Thank you. I understand getting my inner peace and spiritual essence, but how do we engage in life and just watch it like watching TV all day long? We need to be doers as well in the world with the mind. What am I missing here? Where am I not getting it? Been listening for about 4 months 1-3 hours a day. Will eagerly wait for your reply. Thank you.

Great effort. Maybe I misheard you so grateful to have your clarification, but in Advaita Vedanta, consciousness/awareness/Atman is the witness, the knower. Everything else (Anatma) is an object so the moment you notice your aware as, you’re “objectifying” it therefore it cannot be consciousness, as the very thing through which that thought of becoming aware came was in consciousness. That thought of becoming aware or becoming aware may be chit-chhaya, ie reflected consciousness. When consciousness illumines the surface of manas, that is reflected consciousness. Similarly introspection isn’t consciousness, Atman as understood in Advaita Vedanta. Why? Closing my eyes and “feeling” or “sensing that awareness” is possible in jagrat avastha (waking state), but what about the dream state (swapna avastha) and deep sleep (gaadhi nidra), the real I, the Atma/consciousness doesn’t stop existing. It is eternal unchanging etc. so, when one says I can feel or sense the real me, it’s objectifying the Atma, which is not possible. It is the witness. Going a layer behind Atma will lead to regressus ad infintum). The enquiry stops at the knowledge (not belief) that the real I is the Atma/consciousness/awareness. Awareness not in the objective sense but Atma as awareness of every experience that the mind-body complex enjoys. For clarification, the I is Atma (consciousness) and Anatma is everything else (what one knows or is capable of knowing). Atma cannot be objectified for if one objectifies it, then the subject has to be something else but Atma/consciousness is the subject which witnesses all object. The seer/seen, knower/known distinction is explained very well in “Drg Drsya Viveka” by Vidyaranya, written in the 14th century. It expounds upon the wisdom of Adi Shankaracharya, that of Advaita Vedanta. In essence, the question to ask with respect to any vritti (thoughts, feelings, emotions on the surface of the mind, manas) is are you aware of it, or is it known to you? If it is, then it’s an object and cannot be the singular subject, Atma or consciousness. This, consciousness can never be objectified. It is the subject witness in whom all these vrittis and experiences occur. So when one says be aware of being aware, with respect, under Advaita Vedanta, it’s a mistake again. As you’re objectifying consciousness. There’s nothing one can do to “feel” or “sense” consciousness. Neti Neti (negation of various ignorant principles) is what one does, then what’s left is pure consciousness. It is not bound by time or space, and can’t be known or be a subject of awareness itself. It is awareness. Thanks for the video. Great job! Love the diagrams.

Thank you, I also felt the same when he said aware of awareness or aware of being aware. Better way to say it is, being aware as awareness and it’s expressions/modifications/appearances(non dual) without identifying with anything.
