I am going to see if I can do this for a week, then hopefully I will stick to it and do it longer. My measurements right now are: Upper abs: 31.5 inches Middle abs: 32 inches Lower abs: 36 inches Start date is 6/29/2021 Day 1: Not as bad as I thought, I had to take 3 small breaks during bicycle crunches and russian twists. I definitely did feel a good burn! Day 2: A little sore from yesterday, but I was able to do the whole workout without breaks! Idk if I’m imagining it but I feel like I can already see results! Day 3: I didn’t want to do it today, but I didn’t want to stop my personal challenge so I did it. Not the best, it felt like day 1 and I had to take 2 breaks. Day 4: Did it during the commercial break for the lighting game :P Day 5: Went to the gym and did this there, it’s getting easier, I just hate bicycle crunches Day 6: I still don’t like the bicycle crunches lol Day 7: last day!!!! It was definitely the best by far! I’m going to measure myself tomorrow morning for morning skinny lol. But I will keep doing this video because I like it and because it’s the first one I’ve ever been consistent with and I would like to thank all of you bc I probably wouldn’t have done this without all the support!! My measurements after one week: Upper abs: 30” Middle abs: 30” Lower abs: 34” I’m really happy with the progress but would like more so I’m going to do this for another week and then I’ll see what to do after! I actually switched to another workout program to do something different. I’m doing the 2021 Hourglass Challenge by Chloe Ting Day 1: 35 mins, hard for me today, got super sweaty lol Day 2: 35 mins of just butt workouts... absolutely BRUTAL!!! My butt is so sore and by the third video I could barely do the exercises. Day 3: 30 mins abs and arms, I have noodle arms so this was hard. Side planks with noodle arms... does not work lol Day 4: I had work today and was running around the store so much that my feet are killing me. I can’t do the workout today :/ Day 5: I didn’t feel like doing it Day 6: Soooo, ig this is like me posing ab my workout journey lmao, but I am really unmotivated to do the Chloe Ting workouts so I’m going back to this video, and going to the gym. Starting tomorrow, I’ll post what I did at the gym and if I do this video lol Day 7: I didn’t do anything 🤪 Day 8: Went to the gym, did the elliptical for 20 mins, forgot ab this video oops Day 9: Rower machine for 5 mins to warm up, some arm strength training machines, and did this video Day 10: I was gone from 7:30am-9:00pm so I didn’t get to go to the gym and I’m too tired to do this 🤪 Day 11: was gone all day again so I didn’t do it Day 12: I went to the gym, did this and the rower machine and arm strength machines Day 13: I forgot lol Day 14: Day 15: Day 16: Day 17: Day 18: Day 19: Day 20: Day 21: Bahahahaha this is so funny, update: that was summer time, then I stopped bc I got lazy and worked 30-40hrs a week over the summer. Then school started and I got stresses and didn’t know how to fit it in my schedule again. I started working out again at the end of September and it’s now mid November. I am starting this again bc I’ve started running more, and doing weight training but I need more ab workouts and I liked this video. So I’ll try to write here as like a workout diary/ tracker lol Day 1: wasn’t too bad, felt it in my abs and did sweat a little Please like this so I can remember :)

‼️For everyone asking for updates, i already finished the month and posted the results‼️ Doing this and other workouts for a month 😌 please remind me so i don't quit. Before: - weight: 58kg - waist: 72cm After: - weight: 55kg - waist: 68cm RESULTS: I lost 3kg in one month but I assume most of it was water weight or sum that i lost because of starting to exercise more often. I don't have the six pack or defined abs bc I had chubby belly when starting. I'm very happy with my results even if there's not a surprising change in my body but it was only one month so. Doing this for a week (yes only a week, I can’t stay motivated for longer haha) Day 1: oh my gosh it was really hard. I really felt everything in my abs tho so that’s how I know it’s working. Day 2: wow. I really felt the burn today. Lowkey hurt a lil since I was sore from yesterday. Day 3: still sore. The crunches and bicycle kicks really got me today. Overall, it’s getting a bit easier. I wasn’t gonna do today because I was lazy but then I read all of your guys’ replies and they gave me so much motivation! Thank you! Day 4: a lot less sore from yesterday. I woke up today and can already slightly see a line forming. These workouts really do work! Day 5: ok so this is def working. I woke up today and can already see a small visible line! It’s not completely there but I can def see it! Also this is sorta getting easy because my body is getting used to it. Can’t believe how well the results are! Day 6: completed!!! Day 7: completed! I did 2 rounds today and I will update with the results tmrw! Results: ok so I went from having absolutely no abs whatsoever to having slight ones. They’re not as showable obviously because I only did a week, but they’re there! So overall, 10/10, I will be doing this workout probably for another week and I’ll update y’all then! so, I have been doing this workout almost every day for 3 weeks. and before my waist was about 36 inches and I measured today and my waist is 31, I lost 5 inches on my waist from this workout!! I defo recommend this workout and it gets a lot easier after you do it for a few days :)) and while i was doing this i did not change my diet or anything, just drank a lot of water.

holaas he estado haciendo esta rutina desde hace 1 semana, y la verdad he visto cambios muy repentinos en mi forma física, mi cintura pasó de medir 62cm a 56cm. obvio, también depende mucho de la constancia al hacerla, por eso les recomiendo tener un horario fijo de su rutina, para que, al paso del tiempo, esto se vuelva parte de su rutina. recuerden muy bn que no deben de cambiar por alguien más, si no por su propio bienestar y comodidad

Doing this for a week. Starting weight:220 Day 1: Kind of hard. Had some trouble doing some of them. But overall, I really like it. See you tomorrow 🙂 Day2: Got a little easier. Some of the workouts were still a little challenging but I got it done. Day3:Little but easier. Had to use pillow but I completed it! Day 4: Just finished. Way more easier then the other days still had to use a pillow. Today is my weigh in day so I'll be back once I weigh in🙂 So my weight was 218! Don't see much progress yet! Day 5: sorry I haven't been updating. I'm now down to 216 or lower. I do see a little bit of progress! Day 6: Day 7: Like so I can come back

Day 1: went really well. Didn't feel any pain until later in the evening. Day 2: I can definitely feel the burn, but I tried my best. Went out of town for the weekend. I was in a lot of pain on Friday, Saturday I didn’t feel too much, and I’m feeling good today. Starting back up tomorrow. Day 3: I had to take a break halfway through the bicycle kicks, but other than that I felt pretty good. Day 4: Went pretty good today. I struggled with the bicycle kicks again, but nothing a little practice can't fix. Day 5: It went well. I could feel it working the abs today. Day 6: I start feeling pain in my upper legs, but other than that it went well. Didn’t work out today because I almost passed out three different times in the span of twenty minutes. Day 7: had to take a break and let my legs rest as the started to tighten up. Day 8: went extremely well Day 9: My legs starting tightening up again, but other than that it went well. Day 10: felt great today! Day 11: Super proud of myself as I was able to make it through the bicycle kicks and Russian twists without having to stop or take extra breaks. Day 12: Today was okay. Day 13: Good day today. Dat 14: I did the most bicycles kicks and Russian twists I've ever been aable to do today so I'm feeling super accomplished today. Day 15: Today was a good day. I did 90 Russian twists; 15 more than yesterday!! Day 16: Was pretty good, but I am worn out. Day 17: It was a okay day. Took a break for two days because of a intense bike ride on Monday. Day 18: Didn't do too good today, but I finished. Day 19: Today was great! Had my sister, nephew (2), niece (6months), and their dog for a week, then went on vacation to a camp for a week. Getting back to it on Tuesday hopefully. Starting weight:145.5 lbs Starting waist:30 in. Please like or comment to help me remember to do this.

@@smd5980 omg thank you so much & YES i do 6 workouts & it adds up to an hour every day. sooo i do the “do this every day back fat” workout / it’s usually the first one to pop up when u search that and this got rid of ALLL of my back fat. like i have that line in my back and my back even has an hourglass shape. i also do daisy’s hourglass abs, quarantine go-to cinch waist abs, and her butt workout. these all helped so much & my waist is like around 23-25 inches(i don’t have a fabric measurement thing so idk how accurate)and her butt workout my my butt grow ALOT and it has a lot of a better shape. and the last two things are bailey browns hip dip 5minute workout and savage thicker thighs workout. all of these r helping me reach my goal when it comes to my body, also i just drink a lot of water and i eat how i normally do, but i just don’t binge eat junk food like i used to. OMG. I've only been doing this exercise for 3-4 weeks and I notice a HUGEE difference!! It's incredible! I just looked at myself this morning in the mirror and my stomach was like 85% flat! I used to have a very big belly and was really insecure about it and decided to work out and I'm so thankful I did. Mind anyone reading this, I not only exercised almost every day, but I ate smaller portions and healthier foods while drinking lots of water. I only gave myself 2-3 cheat MEALS a week, not days. I can see it worked and I will continue to work out while eating well too. This is a very real comment and I hope to motivate someone out there. Good Luck

@@plummochi6107 heeey im not the original poster but i just wanted to say that to get a flat stomach with abs you don't need to do more than 15 mins of ab workouts. ab workouts only build up the muscle. you'll need to do HIIT workouts or cardio such as jogging/running. And also watch how MUCH you eat in a day. you can be eating the healthiest foods but still see no difference because you're eating too much. so to get abs: 1. Fat Burning Exercises such as HIIT and cardio. 2. Watch what and how much you eat.

Holaa soy luciana, tengo 14 años y hoy 13/01/24 comencé la rutina, todos los dias actualizaré para ver mis avances. Dia 1: se me hizo muy pesado y estuve apunto de rendirme pero no lo hice y lo logré, me sentí feliz de haberlo logrado. sentí el abdomen muy duro despues de hacerlo, pero obviamente no hubieron cambios. Dia 2: pues hoy lo sentí menos pesado que ayer, se me hizo más facil 🎉 Dia 3: holaaa, se me habia olvidado actualizaaar, pero el dia 3 fue normal, o sea nada fuera de lo común, no hubieron cambios y pues bueno, eso es todo:) Dia 4: hoy se me hizo muy facil, creo que era el 4to o 5to ejercicio que no lograba hacer bien porq me cansaba mucho, y hoy si lo logré hacer bien y sin pausas, y bueno eso es todo por hoy. Dia 5: hoy no se me hizo pesado, y tmb ya empecé a ver cambios un poco más notables🎉 Dia 6: no pude hacerlo porque viajé y tuve una cita medica😭 Dia 7: se me olvidó hacerlo:( Dia 8: hoy si lo hice jaja, e hice 2 veces cada ejercicio, ya noto una diferencia más grande😭, estoy muy feliz. Dia 9:Holaaa, otra vez se me habia olvidado actualizar pero bueno, decidí que voy a hacer 2 repeticiones cada ejercicio, lo hice sin caaasi ningún problema, no vi más cambios. Dia 10: Holaaa, hoy no pude hacerlo por situaciones medicas, pero el dia 11 ya volveré a hacerlo. Dia 11: Dia no se que: hola amigos, se me habia olvidado actualizar muchos dias, pero les juro que todos los dias lo hice, solo hubo 1 dia en el que no lo hice por q me dio flojera, les cuento que ya hay cambios mucho mas notables y estoy muy contenta, me gustaria que lo vieran pero ni como hacerle, los quiero mucho desconocidos, gracias por acompañarme en mi proceso

hola!! me encanta qué vas bien con tu progreso, pero solo quería recordarte que lo que estas entrenando es músculo, específicamente en el abdomen, así que debes de hacer esta rutina de 2 o 3 días y luego descansas uno para que tus músculos "descansen" y los puedas seguir entrenando

before: waist: 27 inches day 1- took a couple breaks, core was on fire!! day 2- burns only took one break!! was easier than yesterday :) day 3- same as day 2 day 4- stomach is more toned day 5- so much more easier!! didn’t take any breaks day 6- stomach is more toned!! day 7- so much difference!! waist- 26.5

Guuys, remember that when doing the 6th exercise - leg raises, which is such a killer, u actually need to have your lower back neutral, sticking to the mat! Most people would curld their spine (lower back upwards) to get through this killer exercise but this way you are not working your abs! Also, u can seriously hurt your back this way, pls don't do that. Most people won't be able to get their legs this low when keeping the right form so really hold these legs higher but focus on keeping the back sticking to the mat

Actualizado 27 de julio Holaaa aquí actualizando les cuento que he bajado 5 kilos... Yo como de todo pero poco, arta aguita y nada de gaseosa (por lo menos a mi no me gustan)... Animo chicas empeze hacerlas con 89kilos y ahora peso 84... Animo, ánimo chicas todas podemos ❤️🦋... Mi meta es llegar a los 75 de aquí al veranito... Asi que cada 27 iré actualizando... Empecé el 27 de Junio Día 1: super bien, fáciles logré hacerlos completo. Dia 2 : me dolia toda la zona abdominal. Pero lo hize completo Día 3 : lo hize completo Día 4 : igual Día 5 : lo mismo Día 6 : descanso Día 7 :descanso Y así ya han pasado 2 semanas he notado mi diferencia de abdomen y cintura. Tomar bastante agua, la rutina la hago tipo 8 am... Peso 89 en 1 mes mas me pesare y me tomare mis medidas ya que de caderas soy 117 😅 Hoy 12 de julio se me hacen mas fáciles y ya mas rápidas... Like para que no se me olvide y así actualizar el 26 de julio 🙌🏻

@@yassmisha i always start with the booty one and then have a min/two break and go straight into abs ! If I really want to feel the burn I do the hit workout out first and then the other too! It does really burn but it works so well 🤩

I’m gonna try this for 2 weeks before: 135 lbs Height: 5,4 after: 130 lbs day 1: I tried doing it 4 times but only got half way through the fifth try day 2: I managed to do it 3 times (sorry I haven't been updating but I have been doing it.) day 3: I forgot day 4: I did it 4 times and I tried doing another workout as well day 5: I did it 5 times I got really tired day 6: I took a break day 7: I did it 5 times again day 8: It's getting easier and I tried doing it 6 times and I did it day 9: I did it 5 times day 10: I took a break day 11: I did it 5 times day 12: I did it 5 times day 13: I did it 6 times day 14: and I did it 9 times I aimed for 10 but I was dying. for future me - how did it go? It was horrible at the beginning because I'm unfit. did you get some decent results? Yes, I lost 5 pounds which is a lot for me and I'm really happy. would you do it again? I have been doing it again and Ive lost another 2 pounds. (done)

Llevo haciendo estos ejercicios y acompaño con otros que son para otras partes del cuerpo desde hace 3 semanas, 3 o 4 días cada semana y sin cambiar mi alimentación. La verdad si se notan cambios, yo no tenía mucha pancita pero de igual manera ahora se me nota menos. Los cambios son lentos así que no se apresuren!

Doing it for a month cause I’m isolating: Day 1: So sore Day 2: my lower abs hurt so much 😭 Day 3-5: in bed with covid 🙄 Day 6: back on it and it hurt Day 7: easier than yesterday Day 8: had to take a break during the reverse crunch but then was fine after that Day 9: getting easier to complete, happy to be out of isolation Day 10: Done 🥰 Day 11: Done 🥰 Day 12: Done, definitely getting easier Day 13: Had a break to watch the football Day 14: felt bad but managed to finish

hey! to not have lower back pain make sure you “imprint” your spine especially when your legs are in the air which is basically just pulling in your lower stomach and flattening your lower back against the floor

If you’re wondering if it works, IT DOES! I’ve been doing these workouts for only a month and I’m ALREADY SEEING RESULTS!!! The only thing is that you have to do like 2 sets daily, and never miss a day. But it does work. I’ve been having a bit of trouble getting a small waist, but I found this video and it’s really helped out a lot. So yes, it does work

I’ll be doing this every day for a month like to remind me. I’ll actually update everyday. Starting waist at 27 inches Day 1: ✔️ felt the burn Day 2: forget to do it might add an extra day to make it a full 30 days Day 3:✔️ Day 4: was with family and ate alot but went on a bike ride Day 5: ate so much because of the 4th but i when kayaking Day 6: was driving all day Day 7: ✔️ starting to do the 12 3 30 thing Day 8: ✔️ kicked my butt but felt good Day 9: ✔️ felt a bit easier, measured my waist after waking up and it’s 26 1/2 down half an inch!! Day 10: ✔️ had to stop a few times because my leg kept cramping, day four of doing the 12 3 30 i feel good. i also mowed the lawn and i count that as a workout as well. did a lot of cardio today!! I’ve been doing this for a month and my waist got smaller and I have a faded ab crack definitely would recommend this it’s hard at first but you’ll get the hang of it :) (update)- I went down two inches on my waist (I started this on April 18th its now Nov 24th so far i have lost 5 inches on my waist.) update now its 6 inches less not 5.

This workout rlly did work for me! ive been doing it 3 day in a week for about 4 weeks now added a bit of cardio , fasting on some days and changing up my diet watching what i eat etc. it truly does work. my waist has become much smaller and my stomach is flatter! thanks daisy xx ❤

Voy a comenzar a hacer la rutina: Día uno: me costó pero se logró. Día dos: Amanecí super adolorida pero estaba feliz porque me dolían las partes del cuerpo que ejercite. Realice los ejercicios con menos dificultad. Día 3: Me costó mucho más que hasta decidí hacerla dos veces ya que sentí que en la primera vez no lo hice bien. (Mi cuerpo seguía super adolorido) Día cuatro: No realice los ejercicios ya que los músculos del cuerpo necesitan descansar. (Seguía muy adolorida) Día cinco: Mi cuerpo ya no dolía pero aún así me contó un poco realizar la rutina. Día 6: Salí y no pude realizar rutina. Día 7: no realice rutina. Día 8: no realice rutina. Día 9: Descuide mucho la rutina por tres días pero hoy la estoy retomando, me costó un poco hacer la rutina. Después de mucho tiempo volví a hacer la rutina. Aún me cuesta, siento que hasta más que antes pero poco a poco se va logrando, veo resultados a partir del 3 o cuánto día.

okay so i’m going on vacation in 6 days and i’m already somewhat fit, but i want a little more definition and bit of weight loss before i go, so i’m going to do this everyday until then with updates to stay motivated! day 1: ✅ it was kind of hard - especially the russian twists for some reason, but i feel good! day 2:✅ i started to feel the burn after the first excercise. but i feel good and i feel like i can already see a difference. this definitely helps to de-bloat too!! day 3:✅ today wasn’t too difficult, it went by pretty quick. i can feel the muscle building and i’m starting to see it as well. day 4:✅it went super fast today. before this i did the bubble booty workout and i am burning rn. i am definitely starting to see definition!! day 5: i couldn’t do it today bc i wasn’t home and i was busy, but i went swimming so i thinks it’s kind of a rest day sorta idek day 6:✅ it burned a little more today for some reason, but i completed it and i feel rly good actually. i notice some ab lines and my waist is a bit smaller than it was in some areas!! i definitely recommend, i feel like if you do this for more than 6 days you’ll see her good results!(but also do other workouts testing the rest of your body as well bc that’s what i’ve been doing to. and doing your back and arms is very important aswelll)

trying to do this everyday (+ her hourglass abs work out) Day one - ✅ This definitely felt like it was aimed more to beginners but it was honestly a really enjoyable work out. Day Two - ✅ I DEFINITELY felt a lot of burn in my upper abs area this morning which I think was from the crunches but again I enjoyed doing it. (Fingers crossed I won’t lose motivation) Day three - ✅ Tbh i didn’t put enough effort in today because i was really tired, but I’m proud that I at least decided to do it anyway (YOU SHOULD BE PROUD OF YOURSELF TOO!) Today my abs area really hurt whenever I laughed but I’m happy that I can feel the burn. Day four + five - 🚫 I felt so ill that I went to sleep when I got home, so sadly I didn’t do it. Hopefully I get back to it tomorrow!!! (Don’t let small slip ups stop you :)

@@ΕλενηΚονιωτακη So for the first month i did one round 5 times a week. On the second month i did 2 rounds 5 times a week. And on the 3rd month i did 3 rounds 5 times a week. I think thats my limit so I am going to start focusing on the rest of my body! I hope this helps

Been doing this for a year and some other ab workouts. I do this twice in a row. I eat a bit healthier but still eat some icecream and sweets but not too too much. I also do weights and just am super active. I’ve lost 10 pounds and now I have some abs and lost so much belly fat my stomach went from like 29 to 23 inches. I’m healthy and happy

@@BB-dm1yn I do this workout twice in a row so essentially 12 minutes straight so I skip the breaks and so basically do the first exercise 2 minute straight and so on. I also do 10 minute Pamela reif lower belly fat ab workout. Than I do my own workout for 15 minutes straight such as glute bridges etc. essentially this is 3 sets so 5-10 minute break in between. I also try avoiding sugar or eating less of it. I also am super active and swim all the time in the summer. I also lift weights a few times a week sometimes in my class. Overall I try eating better and healthier and being active throughout the day as best as possible! I try doing some leg and arm workouts as well such as push-ups donkey kicks, etc

Not everyone has the same genetics what might take someone one month could take someone one year! But as long as they are happy with their results that's all that matters. Especially losing that much weight wise is something to be proud of!

The last time I commented abt losing 7'2 inches last time, I stopped doing this workout bvz of health problems and ate lots of fast food and everyone was starting to be like "what happened to you, why did u gain so much weight" then I started doing this and some other workouts with this!! It worked like magic, everyone is telling me how visible the results are just after a week or something, I want to say, don't give up!! You'll get there you just need to have a healthy diet excluding sugar and fast food at all costs and start consuming more vegetables and water, does help trust me!

Doing this for 7 days!! Day1- ✅ done+cardio workout! The bicycle crunches had my dying 😭 Day 2-✅ done! My stomach hurt a lot from yesterday but after the workout my stomach became flatter! Day3-❌ DIDN’T DO BUT I’LL DO IT 2X TO MAKE UP FOR TODAY Day4-✅ done 1x+ HIIT workout! Also doing a 24 hour fast because I binged a lot before 😭 Day5-✅ done and i think I see a little results, my waist is a little more clinched Day6-✅ done! I see some results and I feel like my waist has a more hourglass shape now Day7-❌ I WAS BUSY BUT I’LL DO AN EXTRA 2 DAYS TO MAKE UP FOR MISSING DAYS Day 8-✅ done+did a HIIT workout!! I SEE RESULTS, MY WAIST LOOKS SMALLER NOW AND MORE HOURGLASS LIKE Day 9-✅ DONE IM SO PROUD OF MYSELF!! Results- THIS WORKOUT DEFINITELY WORKS I GIVE IT A 10/10 It’s quick and not to hard but not to easy either. It gives results and I feel like my waist is flatter and more hourglass shaped!! I’m so happy with results and I definitely recommend this workout! 🩷

I'm gonna do this everyday for 2 weeks. For better results, i'll be doing 3 to 4 sets of it. Waistline before: 27 1/2 (not bloated), 28(bloated) Day 1: ✅ (3 sets with breaks)It hurts so bad.😭😭 Day 2: ✅ (3sets with breaks)tired af HAHAHA. Day 3: ✅ (3sets with breaks)It doesn't hurt that bad anymore. 😍 Day 4: ✅ Ok, this time I only did 2 sets BUT NO BREAKS in between the workouts. Day 5: 🚫 I didn't workout today bcuz I went out on a date. Update: Waistline 26inchs( not bloated), 26 1/2 (bloated) Day 6: ✅ (2 sets, no breaks) I used 5 thick books as a weight during the russian twist. Day 7: ✅ (2sets, no breaks. I added another 1 set but with breaks) Tried doing 3 sets with no breaks but ended up having a lot of breaks at the 3rd set. Day 8: ✅ (First 2 sets with no breaks then the last 1 set is with breaks) Day 9: 🚫 yesterday i didn't workout bcuz I was really sleepy Day 10: 🚫 didn't workout today cuz i'm still sleepy Day 11: ✅ 2 sets no breaks Day 12: ✅ 2 sets no breaks and 1 set with breaks ( I also danced the choreography of "In the morning by ITZY" for 1 and 1/2 hours) Day 13: ✅ First, I danced the choreography of "In the morning by ITZY" as my warmup (20mins). Then, I worked out (3 sets with breaks). Lastly, I danced again for 30 mins. Day 14: ✅ 3 sets with breaks and 1 hour of ITZY in the morning choreo. Day 15: 🚫 I woke up very late Day 16: 🚫 Got sick huhu Day 17: 🚫 still feeling a little sick (Extra 7 days) Day 18: ✅ 2 sets no breaks and 30 mins of ITZY choreo. Day 19: ✅ Day 20: 🚫 I forgot to workout haha Update: It turns out that I can't complete 2 weeks so I decided to finish this workout on day 30 because recently i'm not feeling well or waking up late. Doing this for like 2 weeks or whatever Like to remind me Before: 28.5 inch waist and justa little definition in the morning but when I eat it leaves Day 1: this is a lovely workout, its challenging but pretty short I love it!! Anyways it was sore but I completed it all start to finish Day 2: omg I was so sore from yesterday and just before the bicycle crunches I was about to give up (I had done a booty and leg workout before this so I was already sweatimg) but then I looked at my comment and it had 33 likes , ik it's not much, but it motivated me to power through and keep going. Anyways i did this all the way through and I'm so proud of myself Day 3: so i decided to really challenge myself today and do this video as well as her hourglass abs 10 min workout and omg my back is dripping with sweat. It has a lot of the same exercises as this one so it's kinda like just doing this one twice.anyways my waist looks more cinched than usual although measurements are still the same Day 4: skipped today because i did a leg and butt workout and it took me out tbh Day 5: did both workouts today and it was ok I skipped like 2 of the exercises of the other video but I'm ok with it cuz I'm only technically doing this video lmao anyways my stomach looks more toned and waist looks more cinched also I really hope this helps with love handles cuz omg Day 6: ok so my waist is still 28.5 inches however that is after eating dinner and at night so I'm gonna measure tomorrow morning Day 7: ok sorry I was awayy so I didn't go this for a few days but anyways my wiast is about 28 inch now and 27.5 inches in the morning so it's working.but was super hard today Day 8: still sooo difficult but I feel like its working Day 9: ok so I've decided to do this every other day now cuz rest is important, pretty easy today tho . Yes I had this same issue, but a good way to prevent neck strain is with your hands behind your head. Let your head relax and you'll see the difference!! :)

I've been like that my entire life too. I've never been able to do crunches because they hurt my neck but I can do them comfortably now after doing STANDING bicycle crunches for a few weeks first. Worked out my abs a bit and then could handle the ones laying down. They're tough! Everybody (not literally obvi) acts like they're an easy ab exercise but they're not (at least for me)
