I struggled to understand the line. Because I feel it's normal to feel some sort of anxiety when someone ignores you for two days or three, still looks at your stories, likes your posts, but doesn't answer to your messages. It takes nothing to say, " Sorry, I'm not in a great mood, I need some time"

If they’re interested they’ll talk to you it’s as simple as that, i just came out of my first relationship and i’ve learnt so much about when i’m ready to start dating. Be confident in yourself, if they don’t reply leave it, take your time to reply if you’re not rushing they’ll know you have other things in your life and that you’re confident within yourself

What about extreme avoidants? They can really manipulate even secure people and seem to need abnormal amounts of space.

yup! Different story here-in my opinion: stay away from them...! They can go for someone who is as/or even more heremit than themselves. That works.

Thanks Craig for this video. My girlfriend of 2 years pulled away after I did some pretty unattractive behavior. I ended up chasing her for a few days & after realizing she needed space I backed off completely. She's been the one to reach out each time but we're still not together like before. Being in no contact is the hardest thing to do when my anxiety hits. She randomly called me 2 weeks ago & brought me some ice cream. Her main reason to come over was to pick up her stuff & see our puppy. I acted unaffected by everything & was my normal self. She only picked up half her stuff. I'm really working on myself & space makes you realize what you have & where you can improve. Not just in my relationship but also everything else in my life. I take it day by day & going to stay positive things will improve

I was with my ex for 5 years before I was dumped last March. Sometimes I wish I can get a refund for all that time I invested in that stupid relationship. Maybe I should sue her for wasting 5 years of my life. Dude, you just wasted 2 years with an idiot who pulled away from you for some small behavior you did. She's no prize.

@LaoSoftware sorry to hear that, especially after 5 years that's a good amount of time. Seriously, women pull away & act like children. I'd rather just talk & fix the issues. I did a lot for this girl.

I'm doing the same, but I was doing the chasing as a woman, which is worse. He's used to being chased. Now, I stopped. So we're in a stand still because I was doing all the work and he's not stepping up. He only called once a week drunk, and then broke up over text. Then sent a text 3 weeks later to meet and talk but only because I replied to his break up text that he's a coward for breaking up a 3.5 year relationship over text. I haven't met him yet.

Hey Coach you're exactly right, I'm back in the dating scene, all it takes is a bit of delay in my reply & bam their attachment/anxiety comes out, this is helping me weed out these guys very quickly. Also, a question i ask is why they think there previous relationship failed & what could they have done better. This also me allows to see if they take any responsibility & accountability.

I feel like my new relationship is doomed. My partner's father is very sick and will pass away shortly. Understandably, his priority is his family right now, and he's going to have his mother move in with him after his father's passing. We have been together for 4 months, and I don't think our relationship will survive that. I'm thinking about breaking up before he does 🤦♀️

These rules apply only for men. Men have to be mysterious and not too eager. Women can simply wait around because they are the gatekeepers for sex and relationships. I get that you don't need to send messages to them constantly. Now that's fine but what I don't like is the cat and mouse-games. Express your interest directly and If they reject you move on. If you want a pen pal now that's a different story.

PLEASE READ👈🏼👈🏼 My ex and I have been on and off for almost 4 years now. She has always broken up with me. She blamed it on undiagnosed depression saying I’m not good for her. She has come back to me after no contact all those times she has broken up with me. 2 months ago I broke up with her because she was being very distant and I was tired of feeling like I was walking on egg shells around her, almost waiting for the next time she’ll break up with me. When I broke it off she said that she had no energy for herself or anyone else, that being with anyone else is the least of her concerns. She blocked my number because she didn’t want to reach out to me again. (At least that’s what she has said in the past) A week after the break up I emailed her telling asking if could talk about my abrupt decision to break up with her and that I should have been there for her when she’s down. She said “I don’t know if I want to talk, I want to be able to find some peace, I really don’t want to bring anything up that we have already put to rest. I told her okay that’s fine, contact me if you change your mind. The last 9 months we were long distance due to school and work. She’s in town now and I found out that she’s on tinder looking for “short term fun”. She’s made tinder accounts in between break ups with me in the past. But 1 month post break up and you’re already trying to see other people for fun seems kinda early to me. This is where I’m at. I’m the dumper but it feels like she dumped me. We spent 9 months apart, thousands of miles away from each other and now that we’re 10 minute away we can’t see each other. I feel so sad and hopeless because I feel like this was the final straw for her. I didn’t want to dump her but her distancing herself from me made me miserable. But I still feel like she dumped me. Can anyway please give me there thoughts and opinions. I’m hurting bad. I love her and I know she loves me too. Please someone.
