Do workers need more vacation time?

Here down under we're ordered to take our paid vacation time by our employers and I'm soon to start mine of 7 WEEKS PAID vacation time that I get every year. I also get nearly 3 weeks of PAID vacation time mid year.

No, workers need to toughen up and get back to work. If they’re lazy the employee can be replaced with someone that will put in the time and effort to hold their job.

Here in sweden vaccation is holy You have the right to have 4 weeks in a row in June-August
