I am part Keto, part anti wheat and grains part nutritional dence foods. I eat food that keeps my blood sugar stable. I cannot call myself full Keto because I make my own yogurt from dairy and drink Milk Kefier each day. I agree with more protein for older people like me. I am so glad I found your channel today. Your keto seed bread is to die for!!

Of course when your younger most humans don’t think they have a problem with any kind of food, most of your body systems are in a vary high performance mode and until later in life till your systems lose power . I’m a healthy 74 y/o and was not a healthy 71y/o. My body is getting younger now but I won’t be adding cake or toast or twinkies or beer or pasta 🍝. We’ll see how we are doing in another 20 years.
