1 broccoli (300-400g)
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 tablespoon salt
2 eggs
1 cup oat flakes (110 g)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
green onion
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/3 teaspoon pepper
100g mozzarella cheese
Linseed oil/vegetable oil
Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 20-30 minutes

1 zucchini
