And that is one hell of a good sales pitch for your taxi company. I know who I’m going with when I come down to the ring.

A fantastic well constructed resume detailing Apex drivers which emphasize the very heart of delivering a quality, quick, consistent and importantly safe lap for paying customers! Constantly impressed with your business intellect, Robert and it shows with how you can offer this high level of service for Nordschleife fans! The saying goes, '' there's no 'I' in team''. Each member within Apex goes above and beyond the normal level of just 'going to work' Made me realise just how much more it takes to be a Taxi Driver than just driving quick! Sure feel the Apex Taxi Program is up above many more levels than other company's and it shows with the passion & fun involved! P.S saved to 'watch later' to view the drivers laps :)

Hat off @robert! I have been following Apex through Mishas KZbin Chanel since it started. With this video I think I understand much better the background of the success. You are a good coach/boss and have a very good knowledge of people and also about your own strength and limitations. If I make it to the ring, it’s on the list, I don’t know who I would have preferred as my taxi driver but considering this video it looks like I need 7 laps :) But more realistically I will do two laps, one with anyone of the first 6 drivers and 1 with you. Take care!

Hi Robert. First of all, it's great to put into words the added value employees provides to the brand. At the end of the day, it's all reciprocity and coherence...and that has to start from management. Also, the best part of this video is explaining what you need to have in order to be fast in the ring. We all believe of ourselves being amazing drivers but we have NO CLUE on what it takes to be a fast and reliable driver, and that is why so many people have no respect for the track or any track for that matter. One last thing. It would be AWESOME if you guys could have all your drivers in the same car, on the same day, drive one lap and not going faster than a specific limit (let's say 7:25, for example) and see who judges the time better. That would provide a really cool challenge and also an amazing way to compare driving techniques between them...and some laughs too. Just pitching an idea for a fun video. Thanks for all this insights!!!

I confirm that Luís is a great instructor. He makes it very easy to understand what you have to work on. I discovered that I need to understand my car more and how it reacts on the track. I need to work on my braking. I have some old habits that I need to be able to switch off.

Interesting vid Robert👍 I know i get a bit excited about the ring but ill say it again. If anyone going to the ring for the first time, or even a few times, and your an average driver like myself and you go home without having experienced an Apex taxi lap then you havent had the full on experience there. Ive done laps with Moran, Moritz and Tim and they can all pedal those cars round there like i never thought possible, and i know their not giving it the full beans. For an average Joe like myself it doesnt matter if the lap is 7.30, which one did and you know who that wouldve been, or 8.30, its still FAST and better than any rollercoaster anywhere. They all fast but for me Moritz is a natural fit for that Porsche, doesnt talk much as hes getting on with it but after the lap he does and has a good heart. Moran and Tim take time to answer questions about driving your own car without getting into bother. I could go on all day but the title of this vid Robert? No, no i dont have what it takes to be an Apex taxi driver, im too old, got a talent deficit and dont have the bravery now. Can watch the vids back tho😉 All the best guys👍

im not a fast man but i know what fun is. 👌😁 and i loved my laps i did with moran back when the m3 was cageless. i think a taxi driver will also give a great experiance when he/she is entertaining to talk to. most people wont really care if the actual laptime is maybe ~15 seconds slower then the fastest drivers. id say that a fun lap that you might do more then once also depends a bit on the entertaining skills of a driver. as with so much things in life, its not only 1 thing that makes a great package. thats the reason my most fun taxi laps i had so far where with Dale in the big jag. he is quick but he also has some storys to tell and hes got an entertainig character that made me and my friends come again even if the jag is a slower car then most. anyway i think apex is well set up with drivers and cars. 👌
