Wrt coach 2 spirometer. Can a healthy person use this to increase lung capacity for playing harmonica, flute, etc which I do? I have fairly good lung capacity but want to increase it. I do regular practice with straw, balloon, pranaysma but I need a bit more inhalation capacity.

In that case for a normal person you should purchase the spirometer with higher capacity. Traditionally Coach 2 comes in 2.5ltr capacity which wont help. So go for 5ltr version which only a few companies make

For Spacer washing any normal soap or detergent can be used because washing isnt recommended on a daily basis. Its once in 2 weeks or even a month. After washing let the spacer dry completely and then only use

Mujha chalta hua koi dikkat nhe hoti but night mai sota time meri oxygen 94 chali jaati h aaj bhe .... Ye 1 month ka liya diya medicine de h ....kya karu ? Ye copd hai ya asthma mai pareshan hu ....kya hua hai mujha ? Sath vitamid D bhe kafi kum hai mera uski bhe medicine 2 type ki de hai ek active D aor ek week wali ..... Kya mai pump ya nimolizer mai se ek le sakta hu ya dono lena hoga. 1 week k liya 16 mg steroids diya medrol ab ye one month k liya jo upar likha .....
