Yes keep distracting yourself to not feed energy into the situation. She will keep trying for a little longer (4-6weeks) but then she will go again. She will get bored but at the moment she feels she has a lot to gain for herself by getting you on side. Keep strong 💪🏽 and go for walks. When I broke up with the ex narc, I told her that I know what she has done to me in the 2 years we were “together” and that I want to find a healthy relationship with someone else. This was after I confronted her for being a victim in the situation and she was pretty angry about that, of course. … After all the narcissistic injury I probably caused, would she really be trying to watch me still? It has been over a month and there was no hoover so far. We also were long distance (hence why I put together in “”s) so no contact and cutting ties was easy, but god damn did I give her some good supply during the relationship. But when situation gets extreme ; for example like my wife ( who had passive agressive traits) just dissapeared for few years ( God knows where and with WHO?) avoiding not only communication, sorting very basic problems, but also expressing what the problem is at all eventually and ( you thinking ewentually,to do steps towards possible divorce - but even that is impossible ) - ( She did read my mails asking for communication) . Imagine your situation ( + you love your wife and you in your 40s) . You ambushed, you trapped in your life situation.Ultimate desperation . Police tell you " You cant push enyone to talk if she dont want to.." Well you can spent a lots of money for private detective ( what sound grotesque and comical..) , but you can also use hacker.
