Do your wash your feet in the shower?

I have a foot washing station in my shower.

I wash my entire body from my neck, to between my toes. Standing in suds isn't enough, ew.

Since younger, there has always been a washing brush in the shower and I scrub/brush the dead cells, soap between toes, brush the nail beds and after clean under, around toe-nails, then oil the cuticles like the finger nails All parts of the body is to be cared for and protect Used 3 different wash clothes, one for the face, the second for the under carriage, the third for washing the body from the neck to the toes in that order, for every thing washes downwards not up, thus washing the foot upwards will bring dirt and bacteria to the body Rinse in cold water, to close the pores

Of course you have to wash and exfoliate, and use a pumice at least once a week.

@@SistoActivitatemAtm Similar. You bend down and wash them or you hold the wall with one hand and wash with the other with your leg up

@@Gunshinzero well I also lay on my back with both my feet to the air with the dirt splashing down on my face, unfortunately there was no better options I was aware of. But I will try tying my shoes in the shower tonight if you say that helps even tho I don't get it..
