@@sciencelad8286Your mum is lucky. Not everyone metabolizies plants. Oats, rice, potatoes, beans are poision to some people.
@harvinderubhi55402 ай бұрын
@@bubbleofpeace...you mean like if one is an outlier By the way if beans were poison then I have not seen people succumbing to early demise looking at the following statement: "Globally, beans are the most important legume for human consumption. They are estimated to be the second most important source of dietary protein and the third most important source of calories. It is estimated that about 20 million tonnes are produced annually with a market value of $10 billion" (FAOSTAT, 2012).
@sciencelad82862 ай бұрын
@@bubbleofpeace It’s true that individual metabolic responses to foods can vary, but the statement that "oats, rice, potatoes, and beans are poison to people" is not scientifically accurate for the vast majority of the population. These plant-based foods have been extensively studied and are known to provide essential nutrients, fiber, and complex carbohydrates that support overall health. 1. Individual Metabolism: While some people may have specific intolerances (such as celiac disease, food sensitivities, or certain metabolic disorders), these are exceptions rather than the rule. The overwhelming body of research shows that whole grains, legumes, and starchy vegetables are beneficial for most people when included in a well-planned diet. If someone has a specific intolerance, this doesn’t mean the food itself is harmful to everyone, but rather that their unique metabolism may require adjustments. 2. Nutrient Density: Foods like oats, rice, potatoes, and beans are rich sources of fiber, vitamins (such as B vitamins), minerals (like potassium, magnesium, and iron), and phytochemicals, which support cardiovascular health, reduce the risk of chronic diseases, and improve digestion. In particular, the fiber in these foods is essential for maintaining a healthy gut microbiome, which influences metabolism, immune function, and even mental health. 3. Long-Term Health Outcomes: Multiple long-term, peer-reviewed studies have demonstrated that people following plant-based diets tend to have lower rates of heart disease, type 2 diabetes, hypertension, and certain cancers. The benefits of plant-based diets are well-supported by organizations like the American Dietetic Association and the World Health Organization. When balanced and varied, plant-based diets can meet all nutrient needs and are associated with longevity and reduced risk of disease, as demonstrated by populations around the world, including some of the longest-lived groups like the Okinawans and people in Loma Linda, California. In summary, while individual intolerances are real and should be respected, it is scientifically inaccurate to generalize that these nutrient-dense, plant-based foods are harmful. For most people, they contribute to better health and longer lives.

Remote viewing has been proven to be real. Out of body research, reincarnation research, psychic phenomena, etc. Etc. You are living in an obsolete paradigm, even mainstream science has moved on from strict materialism over 30 years ago. Atheism is not an intelligent stance. It’s easily disprovable. You could even venture into quantum mechanics. “Everything we consider real, is comprised of things which cannot be said to be real.” I suggest you stop preaching this doom propaganda. You may be living in a hell of your own making, but don’t try to drag others down into it.
