Hi Dr V, thank you so much for all your videos!! In your Indian skin care brand collaboration, please include products which are well rounded. Because of the ordinary ALL the skin are brands are following this trend of making a single ingredient product.(We already have enough of those) Because of this we end up purchasing more serums and keep layering them one on top of the other. I started using ceramides when I was about 23 via Cerave's lightweight lotion. I didn't start using retinol until 27 but I think using ceramides for so long really helped my skin because my skin _never_ gets irritated by actives. Also Cerave's tub version is now available with a pump! The only thing I don't like about the tub version is that it has "hydrolyzed hyaluronic acid" vs "sodium hyaluronate" in the lightweight version.

Hey Doc, I’ve purchased your complete daily range and are doing wonders for my skin. However, I’m so scared to use your cera pep as Shea butter breaks me out. my skin is dehydrated, not oily at all but ACNE PRO. I use cetraben in the winter and cerave when the whether is warmer which my skin is fine with. Will using your cera pep clog the pores seeing it contains Shea butter?

No it won't clog pores .Shea butter has a comodegenic scale of 0/5. Also silicones are like Shea butter,they don't clog pores but they do lock in moisture
