There's a weird audio-ghosting effect in the background whenever you speak in this one. I'd rate the first episode over the second, primarily because a large part of this episode is just a chase sequence, and it doesn't really introduce any new elements. However, there's also some great stuff going on, so it's only a slight overall difference in preference. Normally I'd think of the Doctor conveniently finding the Tardis in a moment of peril as an example of lazy writing, but because this story is so much about faith it works for me in this instance. Overall this story is very good, but has a few weaknesses that hinder it from being unambiguously one of Who's truly great stories; it's still one of my favourites, though.

Just because the show goes on doesn't mean the characters (or actors) go on.... just sayin'.... You saw what happened to other main characters.
