I think what would be really helpful is a video on how to layer scincare products, and what products to use at what time of day. If you're new to skincare this can be very confusing. What you're dermatologist won't tell you is acne starts from within I too have struggled eith acne for 14 years, finally cured it after doing an elimination diet, stopped using all skincare and brought things back one at a time to see what my body was reacting to, turns out I'm lactose intolerant. 80% of my cystic acne went away after 2 weeks. Now I have hormonal to deal with but that's a different ballgame. Also look into face mapping. It will tell you about the different kind of acne and which organs are distressed. And the locations and what type of acne you're dealing with, as with everything take what is useful about my comment and disregard the rest. Just trying to help another sufferer!

@Simplenotion2 жыл бұрын
@@0mfgeeze lactose intolerance would have shown up with severe digestive issues after milk consumption... That honestly sounds more like a casein problem. I could be wrong though! Good that you found a contributing factor. I struggled severely with hormonal cystic acne when I was younger and am still on the pill because I am terrified of it ever coming back (my sister has the same issue and when she stopped taking the pill her skin was a mess for two years). I also have a complex metabolic issue (severe histamine intolerance) which causes weird outbreaks sometimes... So yes, if it is real acne there normally is a reason "within".

Using The Ordinary’s Peeling solution is one of the products that has helped me cure (yes, cure) my acne. My skin doesn’t turn over like it should and the sticky, dead skin cells cause clogged pores. I have been using this peel for about a year now and I still don’t leave it on for more than 5 minutes. If you damage your skin barrier with leaving peels, acids on for too long, it will undo all the benefits. The skin-barrier’s health IS the most important thing in achieving healthy, clear skin.

This was helpful. Thanks! Can y'all make a video on how to reduce or get rid of hyperpigmentation on dark skin? Or at least review products that claim to do that?

Hello, Drs! Thanks to your informative vids and super advice now really look after my skin with no nonsense products. I’ve stopped obsessively picking in a magnifying mirror and creating a shit load of problems. I really did hurt myself a lot... I’m now obsessing over looking after myself. My skin has never looked so good. Thank you so much for helping me overcome such a damaging neurosis!

I'm someone with dry skin and my skin is a little bit sensitive but not too much. The first time I started out with skincare was years ago in high school. I saw this recipe where you use 3/4 of water and 1/4 of apple cider vinegar. I use this every night for a week. And I had a huge chemical burn on my forehead it was a black patch that soon had a shell that formed in the healing process. Everyone in school had asked me are you okay oh my God what happened to your forehead. I would tell them it's a chemical burn from some skincare that I did it's fine. I had to explain what happened to everyone for a month until it got better. So I will never use apple cider vinegar again cuz it just did not agree with my skin even though I really did dilute it a lot and didn't use it for a long time. However my sister swears by apple cider vinegar and it has cured a lot of her facial and back acne. So it just depends on your skin. We all have different reactions to ingredients.

Thanks for taking the time to unmask this products pandemic. Is really sad to see the public thirsts for a miracle 😢

The clay mask helps with scarring too. If you have fresh scars and use silicone patches on half, clay mask on the other half, the clay side actually scars less.
