Mmg muak tp kna paksa..tp result mmg trun. Mknan brgoreng jgn mkn. Gula pn jgn ambik. Telur xmkn. Mkn sup ayam.

masalahnya, saya mempunyai sakit gerd dan tidak boleh makan makanan seperti oat, barley dan minyak zaitun...saya hanya boleh makan buah buahan seperti betik , pisang, tembikai susu dan sayuran seperti bok choy

oat ada soluble fiber/serat larut. sebaik-baiknya better rolled-oat & avoid any instant types. kalau dapat yg gluten free, lagi bagus. tp, mahal. kalau ada masa, baca ni (sumber consumerLab): "Oats and oat-based cereals are healthy sources of protein and fiber, particularly when the whole grain or oat bran is used. A 40 gramserving of oats provides about 5 grams of protein and 4 grams of fiber - counted as part of 27 grams of complex carbohydrates, as well as about 3 grams of mono and polyunsaturated fat. Oat bran provides even more fiber - about 6 grams per 40 gram serving. The soluble fiber in oats consists predominantly of beta-glucan, which has a cholesterol-lowering effect. In fact, according to the U.S. FDA, foods providing at least 0.75 grams of beta-glucan soluble fiber per serving from oat bran, rolled oats, whole oat flour, or Oatrim (a hydrolyzed oat flour) are permitted to claim that they "reduce the risk of heart disease" as part of a diet low in saturated fat and cholesterol. However, to get a signifi cant reduction in LDL "bad" cholesterol, you need more than just 0.75 grams of oat beta-glucan. An analysis of 58 studies involving nearly 4,000 middle-aged individuals concluded that about 3.5 grams of oat beta-glucan modestly lowered LDL-cholesterol (-4.2%) and all forms of "bad cholesterol" (-4.8%), as lowering apoB (-2.3%) - a protein associated with bad cholesterol. The reductions in LDL cholesterol were greater in people with high cholesterol (Ho, Br J Nutr 2016). You can get 3.5 grams of beta-glucan from about 70 grams of whole oats or 50 grams of oat bran, based on dry weights. (A typical serving of either is around 40 grams, dry.)"

x beracun, cuma kandungan Antioxidants, Polyphenols, Vit E & etc akan berkurangan sebab 'smoke points' dia berbeza. Olive Oil ada 5 kategori/grading (1) Extra Virgin (2) Virgin (3) Refined (4) Pure (5) Pomace. the best of course Extra Virgin tapi, kandungan Acidity must be 70% (can make a health claim). semua info ni mmg ssh kita nak cari & penjual pun ada yg bg detail & ada yg x bg. jd, Olive Oil pilih either No. 1 or No. 2 sahaja.. some input dari 3rd Party tester - ConsumerLab (need to become their membership to see the details) for cooking: "In a review of studies on the effects of various cooking methods on olive oil, researchers noted that temperature, cooking timeand cooking method "undoubtedly modify the olive oil chemical profi le" and that the polyphenols and vitamin E in olive oil become"almost depleted after a short heating period." (Santos, Food Res Int 2013). A later study in Spain found that temperature, more than cooking time, reduced polyphenols. Sautéing for 30 minutes at moderate (248°F) or high (338° F) temperatures reduced polyphenol levels, respectively, by 40% and 75%. At the moderate temperature, there was littleadditional total polyphenol loss when cooking for 60 rather than 30 minutes and, at the high temperature, there was little additional losswhen cooking for 30 rather than 15 minutes (Lozano-Castellon, Antioxidants 2020). In order to minimize the amount of polyphenols and other components that are lost when olive oil is exposed to heat, what is mostimportant is tokeep the heat as low as possible. In addition, when possible, add olive oil in the later stages of cooking (particularly afterturning down the heat) rather than at the beginning."

Hari2 puasa bang..amalkan sup sayur..insyallah kalaw boleh buat x payah jumpa doktor lagi dah..nak makan sedap boleh tpi 2 atau 3 bulan sekali..kalaw kena gout ni bang dh kena ubah dah gaya hidup..x boleh dh nak makan sedap hari2..jgn lupa bersenam 5 ke 6 Kali seminggu..etc jogging atau angkat berat dlm satu jam satu hari...

Masih perlu tuan. Walaupun on statin, belum tentu lg kita capai target cholestrol selamat. Kalau jaga makan kita boleh elak daripada makan statin yg dose tinggi atau tambahan ubat kolestrol yg lain.

@@DoctorSani Tuan doktor kolestrol saya 6.3, tekanan darah normal, tiada kencing manis (5.6) dan platelet 122. Manakala AST = 64 dan ALT = 84. Billirubin pula 25.6. Saya sedang tunggu temujanji dgn doktor hospital selepas buat ujian darah melalui klinik swasta. Jadi sudah tentu saya sukar utk terima jika di minta utk makan ubat kolestrol terutama kerana platelet rendah dan hati berlemak. Harap tuan berikan pandangan mengenai perkara ini.

Kita ckp isu kolestrol bkn kencing manis. Dalam susu nestle tu ada bahan phytosterols yg boleh block penyerapan kolestrol. Kalau xmau minum susu nestle boleh mkn sayoq byk sket pon byk phytosterols.
