Pls put one video for persons who don’t get Form-16 from employer because of salary less than 2.5 lakhs/ annum and No TDS deducted but only salary slip provided and salary credited to bank account . Also the same person getting bank interest and rental income .. total of about 3.5 lakhs / annum overall income together .

I filled my Returns in ITR1 on 20th June, but due to 194s mentioned in 26AS, I received mail as defective notice after that, I filled in ITR2 using 139(5) it was accepted. But in e-proceedings Defective notice u/s 139(9) shows for ITR1, it tried to submit a response as agree the defect, but it requires a response from offline utility and ITR-1 corrected Json file. But I already filled my returns in ITR2 139(5), is it necessary to agree to submit a response for defective notice?

Thanks for the Detailed information My mom is getting 60000 as fd interest every financial year no other income sourece she have, so upto 40000 no charges as per my knowledge what about the remaining 20000. Please reply and thanks

If she doesnt have any other income, income tax as per slab will be zero… but tds pidikama irukanumna, you have to submit form 15h to bank.
