I’ve had mine for 7 months and I don’t have any complaints!! I have big wrists so the overhang is a non issue it’s one of the most comfortable watch I’ve owned! I bought mine on sale and I think I paid right around $13.99 for mine but I do agree this watch isn’t for just anyone but then again what is?

Amazing review, I have the Casio Full Metal but I also bought a SKMEI in all gold, in all its worth $20 and I didn’t want to buy the Casio in gold so the SKMEI was a great alternative

My skmei is in blue and I find it to be a really good value and having had it for almost 8 months is a great watch especially for the price!

Though some Zinc alloys can be very strong, overall stainless steel is stronger. However, zinc is a heavy element, and when alloyed with other metals it provides better corrosion resistance, stability, dimensional strength and impact strength.

Nice video. For the price, it’s ok. Personally, I would not buy this either. Lots of issues. Another big issue for s this is basically a fashion watch pretending to be a G-Shock. 30m WR with a snap in back. There is no way this has the impact resistance of a G-Shock. Purely a fashion piece.

The SKMEI is decent for the money , especially if like me you never had a G-shock and wanted to try something similar, it prompted me to buy 3 G-Shock watches since. As for the resilience of it , check out Madrock watche channel attempts to kill this off , it takes quite a beating before finally giving up including dips in the ocean and freezing.

I watched those durability test videos, and bought a Skmei 1456 as a result. The reason his watch died is because when he opened it up to inspect the inner workings, he broke the module. If he did the same to a gshock and made the same mistake with the module, it'd kill the gshock too. Reality is most people will never need the hardcore levels of protection the gshock offers. For my use, the Skmei will do fine. The excessive lug to lug length is the same as on the full metal gshock. There's no articulation on that first link, which I'll be adjusting anyway. Since it's so cheap, I bought this watch to mod it anyway, so I'll be debadging, and reducing that lug to lug length.

What a dirty shame! I'd cut the band with some dukes,nail it to a tree trunk, name it Jessica, then use my monkey fist on it routinely. U did a good review on a real pooper!🍻

I got mine for $14 delivered from Ali-Express. It looks nice and I take showers and you can go swimming with it. Great value and I would highly recommend it.
