Here’s what I do for my hair growth: I begin my day with mild exercises. For breakfast, I eat omelette, almonds, and idli. When I come back from work, I gently massage my scalp. Thanks for sharing. I have been using the product for about 3 months. I believe it is helpful to my hair. Also, I use the Rosemary mint shampoo and conditioner. I am blessed to have a lot of hair, but, it is something more that you can always work on accomplishing when it comes to growing and maintaining healthy hair. I do think shampooing the hair regulary, keepin g the scalp and hair clean helps. So, I do shampoo my hair every 5 days. I try not to go no more than every 10 days.
