It's so clarifying and refreshing to listen to Bernardo and Rupert. Thank you so much for being and sharing so much. 🙏 There is one thing that I would like to dare to pinpoint, though, if I may... I don't think the consciousness has either a plan or even a telo. A cat approaches its food bowl because survival and reproduction are something that are built into each of the living beings including us, and not because of any telo. Even in the thousands of years of our existence, we do not feel a bit different from what cavemen felt towards other fellow men. As happiness, peace, and love exist, so do hatred, animosity, and sadness in the human heart... Not a bit has changed except the means to destroy keep changing. The thinking that human beings are evolving towards a better world is nothing but an ego-trip.

According to Samkhya Yoga philosophy Nature/Prakriti is teleological. Its purpose is to provide experience (bhoga) and liberation (apavarga) to Purusha - the conscious principle. Nature, in its latent state is called Mula-Prakriti, it is the objective potential of Absolute Awareness. When Absolute Awareness reflects on its self, becoming a subject and object, the equipoise of the three modes or gunas of Prakriti become disturbed and the plan of creation/manifestation, which was within prakriti in seed form, unfolds. At the end of the creative cycle, prakriti enfolds once again in to the Absolute, retaining all the latent impression (samskaras) of all sentient beings from throughout that cycle of creation, those retained latent impressions become the blue-print for the next cycle of manifestation.

@@adventuresinawareness yes i agree that everything comes from a "no time" environment even because infinite regression is impossible, and consciousness is the only thing that has empirically shown (NDEs and other experiences) that can accept a no-time environment
