We've just started with an Ultrasonic toothbrush called an Emmi Pet - it doesn't vibrate or make any noise so perfect for those that can't tolerate the Sonic ones. It works using ultrasound to remove any tarter. Seen some amazing results with friends dogs who were really bad so hopefully keep on top of my lot with that!

I use a Sonicare brush on my dog. It's an older one that I wasn't using anymore. It's takes a while to get the dog used to that noise and vibration, but it works so much better than a normal toothbrush, and I get it all done quicker. In fact, I don't even use toothpaste. I just dip the head in water a couple of times. It's the sonic action that removes the plaque. Toothpaste is just incidental. With a sonic brush, it's not needed. It's just makes things messier and makes the cleaning routine take longer.

My dog had so much tartar build up. He actually still has an infection on his gum that hurts him. After 2 weeks I've seen so much improvement, my dog is more active, he feels better, and overall his health is becoming better just in 2 weeks of using this products I've mentioned in the bottom. I've also took the dog to the vet and they prescribed him antibiotic to help and so ive been fighting and fighting this infection hesouth doesnt look as swallen as he did 2 weeks ago. So i suggest anyone who is dealing with there dogs teeth to take care of there animal. Clean there teeth 2 times daily right after feeding them and take them a weekly shower so they dont lick all that bacteria. Also cleaning the floor in your house everyday and keeping your animal always clean helps play a major role. I found it helpful using alot of techniques and using some dog tooth cleaning items on Amazon. This is one of my favorites.
