Most definitely the second best movie of the Nightmare on Elm street catalog. As young teenagers we thought it was the absolute COOLEST for Dokken to do this song/video. Excellent memories. Their best album is Under Lock and Key. LONG LIVE THE 80'S. We were the luckiest kids ever.

George Lynch tells great story about filming this music video. They were sitting around with Robert Englund in costume doing lines of coke all day and when it came time to film the guitar solo and George tried to break through that wall he couldn't make it so they had to do a few takes of him running into the wall before he finally was able to get through. Man those first three albums are just three of the best ever for a man. Sadly they couldn't get along with each other and there was way too much drugs going on which makes it surprising that out of the California three, George outlived Randy Rhoads and Eddie Van Halen

I saw Dokken back in 1988 when they came to Spokane, WA on the Van Halen Monsters of Rock Tour, with Kingdom Come, Metallica, Scorpions and Van Halen, and I remember seeing both Don and George avoiding each other on stage, as there was a lot of tension within the band at that time. They sounded great, and it my first time seeing them live. Right after the last show on the tour, they broke up and went their separate ways.

Hello boys!! I actually caught a Dokken pick at one of their concerts early 2000's. We were in the second row back from the stage, I am short and was surrounded by tall people and it just came right to me. My favorite color is purple, and the pick was purple. This was at a big hair back in Reno, Nevada with four other bands, so we had a room. On the way to the room we rode in the elevator with them.

The song that got me into Dokken was Into The Fire - it was hard and loud and right at that time when there were many genres of "metal" duking it out for fans - then Thrash hit the scene and "hair band" rock went main stream. Dokken was different at the time - they're first 4 albums are all awesome.

"No, Freddy! Why did you take him away? He hated that solo!" Haha! I like how you take the time to give some artist background in the beginning of each reaction, your relaxed good natured and intelligent commenting and for always wrapping up things nicely at the end. I agree with you. Not a masterpiece but an alright song.

There's a cool pic of Don, George, and Freddy together. I actually watched Freddy 3 a couple weeks ago for the first time in at least 25 years. It's still pretty good. The effects are very 80's but the movie itself is still decent.

🦋I Love All the Nightmare on Elm Street movies. By far my Top 2 Favorites is the very 1st One & Freddy's Dead The Final Nightmare. My Absolute Favorite part, is the scene where Spence Trips Out Watching Tv, As Freddy Starts His Epic Kill While playing Iron Butterfly's InnaGadaDavida. Entrapping Spence inside the Tv. Johnny Depp Also has a brief appearance again, during the scene. As For The Dream Warriors I'd Say It's in My Top 5 Favorite Freddy Movies. Great Reaction Guys!

never thought Dokken was Glam. They were just a really good Hard Rock band. George Lynch was one of the top 5 80's hard rock guitar idols. He was originally hired to replace the late great Randy Rhoads, but Sharon didn't like George's look etc, so they fired George and hired Jake E. Lee. To me the top 5 hard rock guitar idols were: Randy Rhoads, Eddie Van Halen, George Lynch, Jake E. Lee & Vivian Cambell. Warren Demartini was #6 to me.
