One page a week - you start from 5th page, play it one week(or 7 times) 1 minute each excercise(24 minute on page) with metronome, than play next page.Play all using FreeStroke techniqie. 8th notes - full position, triplets half position, 16 notes - low position. Start slowly

I saw Dom Famularo play live back in 1981... He was doing a Tama clinic... And he was not THE big name appearing that night, the headliner was none other than the great Billy Cobham. They had Dom & Billy side-by-side, each on his own kit. Dom was amazing. His chops were red hot. He played traditional grip in the standard manner, which contrasted Billy's matched grip ambidextrious style. He didn't just hold his own next to Billy, he kicked butt. I'll never forget it. This drummer digs Dom!

If you're better at upstrokes then you're at downstrokes, the inverted will feel more comfortable.

Is it just me, or do other people find inverted paradiddles to be naturally more comfortable? I know it may sound weird, and everyone has their own thing, but no trick question, I was just wondering?
