That was kinda my experience with Furina. Didnt realize what an utterly broken character she was until I built her and put her in some teams. The HP drain is her only negative but now that she is besties with Xilonen, they are also the best exploration team - one runs over water, the other skates up cliffs. xD

Suffice to say, I pulled in 4.8 and have her on Key with 2 builds, both +0 DEF builds bc I love her

I would like to point out, just for the record, another viable weapon option if you’ve been playing since Neuvillette’s release and played in a certain event, is the Ballad of the Boundless Blue. It’s essentially a Pseudo Sig, minus the crit damage, but plus all the charged attack bonus. If you got it from the event, it comes loaded as r5, so it’s very easy to just build from there. Happy hydro pumping!

Etc. 6. If I have 4pc Marechaussee on him, should I still build his crit rate as high as possible, or can I stop at like 60%ish, since it gives +36% CR? 7. If I really don't rely on his burst all that much (skill, burst, skill, other party members, skill again), how low can I put his ER? I got Neuvillette since his first banner, and I've been maining him ever since! He's extremely powerful and does 20k average without buffs! I have him at c0 and I'm either using him on prototype amber for treamwide healing or lost prayer for more pp dmg! I've been meaning to pull for his weapon but unfortunately in his last rerun Kazuha was there, i really needed Kazuha so I had to skip his weapon, I'm really nervous about his current rerun though because of Zhongli's cursed spear. Currently at 15 pity on the weapon banner and (sobbing) with 2 fates.. (I had to get Lyney so I can do the ritual for pulling Arlecchino on her next rerun). Wish me luck 😭! Also. Yes. He's worth the primos. I was extremely lucky to get him on his first banner since it was the last day of his banner, i managed to get a 1 pull and pulled it on his banner so I could get Xingqiu, to my delight, I got someone even better! In abyss try using Bennett, he gives you buff and healing circle plus you can swirl pyro as long as his circle is up. If you dont have him, he appears in store ( starlight one ) and he is one of the best 4 stars to get. For specific build question I found genshin discord servers to be massive help, I wont name any because it would look like add but if you search it up you will find them. as neuv scales of hp, bennett would be pointless has he buffs attack. xiangling can work great with neuv providing off field pyro for vapes. however, layla can be better as she provides shielding from attacks that can stun you out of your charged attacks

Note that Xiangling Fischl can knock enemies back from overload to the side of his beam so you might have to keep moving to adjust to enemy position. Layla is your best bet even though Xiangling does more damage.

Hydro snapshot remains to be a real viable team for those of us who refuse to build Kachina lol. Charlotte's healing even at Lvl 70 and 2pc ATK bonus is enough to quickly boost C0 Furina's Fanfare. The real challenge is ensuring Charlotte can burst every rotation which is something that one can achieve with 290% ER.

i got neuvillette and his weapon, he has a 22cr 323cd split rn, NA is lvl 9. It feels like he should be doing more but the thing is, i dont have the optimal supports for him atm, so no furina no kazuha no xilonen. For now im using in teams that revolve around him and sucrose +nahida sig. Not sure what else i can do, zhongli is a solid to have too. so Neuvi sucrose (+nahida sig), zhongli and either another hydro or something. its so hard without supports!

I play my novi with a burgvape team. It totally works. I use my xianling as burgeling since she gets em from her ascension stat she's the Pyro character that is the strongest burgeon dps. Unlike Toma she doesn't need her ult in this at all since gouba slow Pyro application is enough to apply the Pyro for novi to vape and also pop the cores. I used to use yaoyao but now i have nahida so i use her

Prototype and The Widsith comparision: Prototype is better if you have lower than 32k HP (while using 1 star weapon lvl 1) The Widsith is better if you have higher than 32k HP (while using 1 star weapon lvl 1) In exactly 32k HP (while using 1 star weapon lvl 1). both weapon have the same damage, but the lower your HP than 32k. prototype will be better and better. but more than 32k HP (while using 1 star weapon lvl 1) the higher your HP, the better and higher the difference at using The Widsith. But as a team, Prototype have advantage by increasing Energy and Healling (for furina fanfare) but your damage is still the same... Meanwhile The Widsith have passive that can still boost your damage super high depend on your Refinement if Aria trigger (33.3% chance)

See I was going to go for his R1 but the cursed Zhongli spear is on that weapon banner. Plus I already have him C1 with an R3 Sac Jade. I’m thinking I will get another refinement from the battle pass next patch instead of wasting pulls on his weapon banner.

Reading your comment, it doesn't seem like a hard decision. It takes ~105 pulls on average to get a rate up character, 180 to guarantee it, and you want her weapon to boot? Vortex Vanquisher is a meme and pretty much anything else would be a better banner alongside the Tome Of Eternal Flow. I think maybe you have ants in your pants and don't want to wait to get the thing, which could be a lot of waiting indeed. Just think of the flying fiery motorcycle when you're feeling weak. If you really really need to be sure, go take your Neuvillette into the final abyss stage and ask yourself if making his numbers ~20% bigger would change your life or not.

Mavuika will have her rerun somewhere in future patches as she is an archon. Probably in early 6.x version. I think its better to pull for neuvilette now. But you can always wait before 5.2v ends for more info on mavuika kit

I do not have Neuvilette, but have you considered C2 Sigewinne with Kazuha and Xilonen to remove 101% hydro res? You have your Neuvilette, the 2 buffers, and your smaller, mini Neuvilette. The calculations for how res shread works makes 2% res shread below 0% increase damage by 1%

Arghh just got him yesterday and im having a suoer hard time building him I prefarmed for most of his artifacts, played him on celestia killer with talent 8,2,6 at lvl 80 and he is only doing around 25k with prototype amber Is that normal? I think his artifacts might be the problem rn But i hope he ends up turning out better bc i pulled for him only bc he is the "strongest" in the game

getting him to level 90 and levelling up his normal attacks will definitely increase his damage and provide a bit more crit damage. what his cr, cd and hp looking like?

it can be viable stat stick on him as it provides up to 41.3% hp but the weapon passive would be unbeneficial as it only increases normal attacks and not charged attacks. prototype amber would be a better alternative if you’re struggling with er
