I don’t know for sure. But if it’s under the same ownership I don’t think that would be something they could legally do. But again, not certain.

Painting franchises seem to have a high failure rate.

I don't know what their numbers are. But I wouldn't be surprised by that. There are a lot of issues in my opinion with getting a painting franchise.
